Sorry that it took such a long time to make. I had many exams, tests and homework to do i know this doesn't make it any better but i just wanted to explain.

Your POV.
I was walking around town with Camilo, we had been best friends for about 9 years now, and i really loved hanging out with him.

We always flirted with each other but just for fun we don't have feelings for each other.....i think.

The villagers didn't See that tho and always asked us when we will be "official" already. Honestly it kinda annoyed me, i mean it wasn't their buisness and so they shouldn't have a saying in our relationship.

"Hey Y/n! Oh Camilo, hey! I See you two going out on a date again?" I heard a friend of mine say while walking towards us.

"You wish. We are just hanging out not sorry to disappoint you." I answered, maybe a little harsh but i don't care.

"Moody much? Get your Partner under control dude." said a boy coming out from behind my friend.

Camilo raised an eyebrow not having any of it.

"First Y/n is a friend not my Partner "dude" and second i ain't gonna control her/him/them in any relationship we are ever gonna have." He snapped back.

"Party pooper" said my friend rolling her eyes.

"It's called being sassy darling." i snapped back crossing my arms.

Suddenly a man approached Camilo and me.

"Are these two bothering you?" he asked us.

"Yes" i answered

"What we are friends Y/n!" they snapped back

"Unfortunately" i said walking past them taking Camilo with me.

We walked to Casita, it was quiet sometime till Camilo said something.

"You think they are right?" he asked me

"What?" i said confused stopping a few feet away from Casita.

"I had "That kind of conversation" with my family again, i told them there wasn't anything between us but with them and all the villagers always saying how "cute" we are together i am starting to doubt my words." he said looking everywhere but me.

"Then let's try it." i said shrugging.

"Huh?" was the only thing coming from Camilo signaling me his confusion.

"Let's make it official for let's say a month and after that month we can decide if we want to have a romantic or a platonic relationship. We can make it kind of a challenge." i explained beginning to move forward again.

"Now I'm interested." Camilo said with a slight smirk.

"We have one month of dating where we can try and make the other one fall for us. There are three outcomes. 1. Neither of us falls for the other so we go back to being friends 2. Both of us falls for the other so we keep dating 3. One of us falls for the other if this is the case then we simply tell the truth but go back to being friends trying to get over the other. So what do you say?" I finished my explanation waiting for an answer.

"When do we start?" Camilo said

"Tomorrow we make it official." I said

"Perfect then see you tomorrow me Amor." and with that he went in Casita.

"See you tomorrow." i said taking my leave.

*The next day*

It was early in the morning and i was on my way to Casita and why? Because we wanted to tell the Madrigals first to get the embarrassing part would be over. When I arrived at Casita i saw Camilo waiting at the entrance leaning on the doorframe.

"Hey you ready?" he asked me when i stopped in front of him.

"Yea when this little experiment is over I am going to search for my sanity that is for sure." i answered taking a deep breath.

"Hey you were the one who had the idea!" Camilo said a little offended.

"Yea and you were the one who agreed to it." I answered

"Let's just go in." Camilo answered sighing before opening the door.

"After you mi Amor." he said bowing a little which made me shake my head while smiling. What had i gotten myself into?

We went in and I was instantly greeted by Antonio hugging my legs. After almost dying because of to much cuteness i bend down to hug him back.

"Oh Y/n it's great to see you!" Pepa greeted me smiling.

"It's great being here! Thank you for having me." I said politely.

After all the greetings we sat down outside at the table starting to eat breakfast. Camilo and I sat beside of each other already earning looks from the whole family after Camilo had pulled back my chair for me to sit on. I need to say he can be a real gentleman if he wants to.

After a few quiet minutes Dolores started talking. (She hadn't heard your conversating from yesterday because she needed to get information on a specific conversation so she was focusing on that)

"So Y/n did something exciting happen in your life?" she asked me trying to start a conversation.

"In what subject?" i asked her.

"What about dating?" Isabela asked giving me a glance before going back to eating.

"Oh yea Camilo and I are together." I said calmly without looking up even in the slightest bit.

"What?!" Mirabel asked perplex looking at Camilo and me while Pepa dropped her food she was about to eat creating a sun. Felix had spit out his drink right at Isabela who wiped her face. Dolores and Luisa just stared at us with their mouths open. Abuela stared at us wide eyed and Antonio was grinning from ear to ear before jumping out of his seat to hug me.

"Yay Camilo has a partner!" he sung repeatedly running around in circles.

Camilo was red from embarrassment hiding his face in his hands.

"Y/n Madrigal sounds good don't you think?" said Isabela causing me to choke on my food.

"Excuse me?!" was the only thing i could say

"It sounds good, hm." said Dolores.

"Well if it works out the Madrigal family will have a new generation someday." said Alma

My face was now red as ever and Camilo had shaped into multiple people from embarrassment.

"Aw how cute I'll get grandchildren!" said Pepa smiling widely before turning to Camilo.

"You better treat her/him/them right, you hear?!" she said before turning to me

"It's so great to have you in the family Y/n! I'll make sure that you feel welcome!" she said.

"Now now we are completely overwhelming them, can't you see?" said Julietta smiling sweetly at me.

"Well let's eat shall we?" said Augustin.

While we ate Camilo and I needed to answer way to many questions some being really embarrassing but it was still a great feeling being this welcomed in the family.
