Sorta Sleepover

Matt's POV~~~~💜

 So we decided to head to the arcade. "I'm in." Tim said from the couch, not even making eye contact with us. "TODD ARE YOU COMING WITH US TO TH ARCADE??" I shouted , Todd replied from the other room, "I Guess, and  for the last time, my name is Tord, not Todd ." So we were all going . Though Alex (that's her name right?) seemed a little awkward about it, I didn't think much of it .

As soon as we walked in the door Alex darted  toward the counter where you get your game tokens and stuff, she was bouncing up and down like a child, anyone  could tell she was excited, we payed for our tokens, and She darted straight to a racing game called 'Team Sonic Racing'  I didn't know why she wanted to play it. She put in a coin, and sat in the seat that was in front of the screen. She chose a pink hedgehog as her character. Her name was Amy Rose??? Well, she was basically sniping the other characters, no mercy whatsoever, she finished in first, and she looked like she had done this a billion times before, guess Alex has played this game before. 

I noticed she was less awkward about this than before, so we moved onto the next game, which was Street Fighters. I was already a master, she chose Chun Li, I chose Ryu then pressed start, and she beat me 8 times. Guess I'm not as good as I thought. And after two hours of playing games, I noticed she was getting really tired, and she hadn't even tried to talk to Tim or Todd, I guess she only trusts me and Edd, even though she didn't talk to him at all, either. Everytime she bumped into Tim, she would just avert her eyes and try not to make eye contact with him. Maybe its what I said about him earlier. 

Yeah... I probably scared her. Should NOT have done that, though I was only giving her a fair warning, she might have taken it too seriously. Though when we got home she wrote that she needed to get back to her house.   "I know this would probably sound weird but what if you stayed with us?" Looking like she didn't want to start an argument, she nodded 'yes'. "Are you okay with sleeping on the couch? " I said to her. She nodded as a reply, " Are you sure? You could have my room," She shook her head. " Ok, but it's alright if you change your mind. " She gave me a thumbs up for an ok. " Edd went and got a few pillows and blankets for her, and after PILING them on her he asked, "Are you comfortable buddy? " She nodded with a small smile on her face. "It's actually getting pretty late we should head to bed" I said . We agreed and we headed to our rooms and went to bed. About an hour or so later, I heard what sounded like... muffled sobbing? I should go check what's wrong......
