Chapter two
The first day seemed to drag on forever but it is finally over, I find myself still thinking about 'Mr perfect' but i don't want to pull him into my mess.. I keep trying to get him off my mind but he just wouldn't leave, this needs to stop, i need to stop thinking about him! its best for him and me.. its best for everyone that we don't become close at all!
Once again the walk was quiet and so peaceful quiet enough for me to hear my own thoughts.. which is a rare thing! As i walk through the local park i see all the little kids playing, enjoying themselves, acting like they haven't a care in the world.... i wish i was so carefree but we all know that would NEVER happen...
I open the front door to my house and i am relieved to see that the house is empty and no-one is home, I quickly run upstairs and slam my door shut, this is the only chance i get to write in my diary, I have been writing in it since what happened with mum ... My writing came to a stop as the front door slammed, my diary got thrown into my top draw and got locked, I quickly hid the key in my jeans pocket and jumped on my bed trying my hardest to hide and look like I am sleeping.The footsteps came quickly and loudly up the stairs, my heart was beating a million times a second and wouldn't slow down, I held my breath. I could feel a pair of eyes peered through the slight crack in the door....... " hello sweetie I'm home" The sound of his voice sent shivers down my spine but i didn't let it take control of my body.I could feel the eyes burning through me but i tried not to take much notice. I let my breath out when I heard my dad walk away, breathing easy again knowing he wasn't anywhere near me.
As I woke up I felt almost excited to see 'Mr perfect' again. My normal routine took place as i brushed my messy blonde hair out of my face but for some reason I seemed to dress up a bit more than usual, this is getting a bit out of hand I better stop its the best thing to do. I heard a vibration though the walls which means dads waking up.. SHIT i thought as i realised I had to get out quick before he got up...
