after seeing the peerage and brave saint system gilgamesh wanted to create one for himself and so he did
he created the dragon inquisitors he liked the idea of using cards like the brave saints but he also liked the idea of each piece having a role like the chess pieces and so he created five cards one for each of the five peerage roles and then duplicated them
he created two jokers which are the queens
