It was night at the lookout and everyone got the sleepover started.
First Rubble decided he wanted Pizza for the sleepover.
Hand: ohhhh that sounds awesome I want some Pizza!
Ryder: does anyone else want to have some Pizza?
Everyone raised their paws or hands and it was decided that Pizza was going to be thier sleepover dinner. Next they choosed a movie to watch.
Ryder: I know just the movie to watch
He put on of course, The PAW Patrol Movie to show Hand and his friends their big screen debut.
Hand: you guys have a movie? Awesome!
Chase: yep and I had to face my fears
Boggle: what is your biggest fear?
Chase: dentist and the big city of Adventure City. I was abandoned there it left me afraid and alone. But when Ryder found me I knew that I was in good hands no pun intended.
Hand: oh my goodness why would someone do that to you?
Chase: I don't know maybe I wasn't the best pup out there
Hand: well that's not true because you have the best owner and the best job in the world
That made Chase smile and Ryder smiled too. Ryder then had a bright idea for Hand.
Ryder: hey Hand can I talk to you for a sec?
Hand: oh sure
They went to the top of the Lookout and to talk in private.
Ryder: say Hand How would you like to be my substitute for the PAW Patrol when I'm doing other things and that I can't go on missions ?
Hand: I don't know what if I mess up. What if I guide your pups in the wrong direction and....
Ryder: and what?
Hand: fail
Ryder: well I'll teach you even the pups can too. We can all teach you it will be easy
Hand: I don't know Ryder
Ryder: well I'll give you some time to think about it but if you want to we will be more than happy to show you the ropes.
Hand shook his head and Ryder left him at the top of the Lookout to think about it. Soon Ryder came back down from the elevator and the pups, Grilly,and Boggle were waiting.
Boggle: where's Hand?
Ryder: he's thinking right now but he'll be back
Skye: what is he thinking about?
Ryder: well when I'm gone or sick and I can't go on missions. I decided that Hand should be my substitute to help you guys
Chase: are you sure he's okay with it Ryder sir? I mean this a big and important job
Ryder: well that is where we come in. we can help him get settled with everything
Rocky: yeah all we need to do is guide him. Ryder can I help him get settled?
Ryder: sure Rocky but we'll have to wait for his answer
Skye: I hope he says yes Hand seems really sweet
Grilly: well the thing is he doesn't like to fail and disappoint anyone and that's what I'm afraid of if he does he's going to feel really bad
Skye: aww I'll go talk to him
