Chapter: 12 Figuring It Out

Megan's POV

I woke up from a hospital bed with my stomach and face hurting , the TV was on, I look around the room trying to remember how and why am I here in an hospital until I notice cameron asleep on the bocany bed.

I tried standing up but I couldn't move my feet , the nurse walks in and asks me "are you hungry", yes I am I said back to her but then I ask why I'm here.

Nurse:"Your boyfriend rushed you to the hospital when you just fell out of no where" she says

Megan: boyfriend ?

Nurse: yes that gentlemen over their

She says point towards cameron. She leaves the room but I'm not understanding why if I just fell out if no where why does my stomach hurt so badyly

I notice that cameron is waking up. He looks at me and stares. at this point its very awkward. I ask him what exactly happened but instead he comes over and sits next to me on my hospital bed. He looks at me straight in my eyes and says

Cameron: "megan I'm sorry what I did to you, you don't deserve a guy like me your to nice and beautiful,funny and outgoing and I guess I wasntvready for that but now I am , I'm really sorry"

Megan: its OK people make mistakes but I'm still kinda mad

Instead of the nurse walking in the doctor walking in.

Doctor: how are you holding up Miss Wilcox

Megan: well first off thank god I woke up and my head stomach and head hurts really badly

Doctor: well I have to see what I can do I can't give you anything that will hurt your baby ( as the doctor is writing something down)

Megan: WAIT BABY, what do you mean baby?

At this point its awkward I look at Cameron and the doctor back and forth cameron has this look on his face as if he was scared

Megan: awnser my question what do you mean baby?

Doctor: Mr. Dallas do you want to break it to her I'll leave you two alone

The doctor leaves and cameron grabs my hand but I snatch my hand away

Megan: cameron I'm going to ask you one more time what does the doctor mean by baby?

Cameron sits their with tears starting to come down his eyes

Cameron: um..... When you were asleep the doctors came out of the room and told me you were pregnant , and I know the baby is mine because right before I cheated on you we had sex

Megan: NO NO NO NO NO I'm pregnant this can't be I had plans before I was even planing on having a baby ( starting to cry)

Cameron: I promise I'm going to change I'll be the best father I can be I promise

Megan: what are my parents going to think thell has me

Cameron: they won't hate you , your 18 and your about to graduate

Megan: but still you don't understand because you don't take anything seriously

Cameron: that's the thing with You , Matt, Selena and everyone else no one gives me a chance to make things right

Cameron leaves the hospital room angry, mad and I still can't get over the fact that I'm pregnant.
