Epilogue

Prom is that time of the year that excites students the most. You get to wear pretty dresses to the dance, have fun with your friends, and if you are lucky, maybe you'll get to steal a kiss or two from your crush. However, for me, prom is something I never experienced. No joke. Never in my life was I ever asked to be someone's date and that's totally okay with me. I don't like dancing anyway.

"Did you enjoy tonight?" Daniel pulled up his black Honda in front of my house and turned to look at me. His white suit was the exact copy of my black one.

"Yes, I did" this was my first ever prom and I'm so glad I get to go with Daniel. For anyone who is wondering what happens in prom, well it's a dance night organized by the school for the students. I'll not lie, but prom is cool. Free food that was top notch, drinks that I didn't bother to touch, music that could've been better, retro-themed decorations just like every Hollywood teen movie, and the prom king and queen announcement which happened to be the best part because it's my boyfriend who won this title tonight. And to make this night even more memorable was when Daniel scooped me up and kissed me in front of everyone. How romantic is that?

"You must be tired" He removed my seat belt and smiled gently.

"Kinda" I guess this is where we part? "I'm not that tired you know" I mumbled under my breath. I want to stay with him. Just for a little bit more.

Twisting a little in the leather seat, I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer to me, our lips brushing each other.

"Did I tell you how pretty you look tonight?" Daniel mumbled.

"Many times" this guy has seriously been reminding me how hot and beautiful I looked every hour or so.

"I love you babe" Daniel pecked my lips and smiled.

"Gross" I faked a disgusted face. "Say that again"

"I love you Steve" He kissed my lips. Then my cheeks, then my eyes, then my nose, and then my neck. "I love you so much"

"The feelings' mutual" I laughed, watching Daniel pout.

"Say it back" he whined. This is what I like. Teasing Daniel is my favorite thing to do.

"Okay okay. I love you too"

He smirked before bringing me closer and locking our lips.

It was dark. The night was at its peak. A chilly wind was blowing but I was feeling warm in Daniel's embrace.
What's a better ending than this huh? And no, we didn't fuck that night, sadly, but Daniel did sneak into my room, through the main door instead of my window for the first time, and we cuddled.
