Another Day. Another Nickel.

Madison's POV

{I was on the floor. Still passed out. Yea, mini me was there too but it was kinda creepy.}

"Are you awake?" A sweet innocent voice asked. I opened my eyes to the little Madison smiling.

I wanna slap that goofy smirk off her face so bad.

"You're still here?" I asked sarcastically.

She rolled her eyes. "Duh."

"Sorry, I was just asking." I snorted.

I got up from the cold hardwood floor and stretched.

"What time is it?"

"It's 10 o clock."

"10 o clock?! I'm late for school!"

"Been late."

I rushed into the classroom. That was math. My 4th period.

"Present!" I yelled out. The classroom busted with laughter.

I look down of embarrassment, look over to Ms. James shaking her head in disbelief. This gon be a F for me. Three F's. Fawking Freak Failure.

"Well, well isn't it miss tardy again." Ms. James said. "You're late to class, Ms. Pettis."

"I know, I'm sorry." The class chuckled lowly. I began to walk to my seat.

"Another day, another nickel." I said slouching down in my desk.
