Y/n POV Almost 2 weeks since I bought Christmas decorations I guess I need to buy again for the outside since the inside is the only decorated.
~~~ I've been looking for something cute like a reindeer to put in front of my house but I can't find something cute like a white reindeer with lights that's what I imagine... I'm in the Christmas lights section I just bought a white yellowish Christmas lights to put in the roof necause I can't find anything. I decided to buy some groceries too.
~~~~ I'm walking into my car and I saw natasha walking into her car too, two cars away from me should I say "Hi?" I guess???
"Hi natasha!" I said waving while smiling natasha looks at me and smiles "Hi Yln!" She walks to me "what you got here?" She said pointing in my cart "Christmas lights and some groceries" she nods "well umm if you need help putting that I would love to help" she says sweetly smiling "ohhh Thanks but umm sure if you want to" I say smiling "wait so you're gonna let me help you???" She ask looking excited "ummm yeah as long as you want to" I said because why not??? She's nice! And I would love to help her too if she's gonna decorate her house "okay so when are you planning putting those?" She ask "probably like 10am" she nods "well ummm I have one hour left I'm just gonna take a shower and I'll come at your house!" She said smiling walking away waving at me I just nod smiling.
~~~~ I put the groceries in the fridge and start setting some tools we need.
I sit in the sofa stare at the wall that used to be full of picture of me and Kenji I remove them to help me forget or like not to grieve too much because it's been months I want to focus now and I know kenji wouldn't want that like not focusing on myself...
I hear a knock that's probably natasha I open the door and saw her smiling "ready?" I ask she just nods. I give her the box of lights and I'm holding the tools "so where are we gonna put this?" She ask "the side of my roof so we really need a ladder" she nods "where's the ladder?" She ask "come with me let's get it it's kinda heavy" I said. it's kinda heavy really "okay lead the way" I nod
"So ummm we're gonna start here in front until we get into the back!" I say excitedly like I said I love Christmas "you're excited y/n" she chuckles "you have no Idea how I love Christmas" I say "hmmn I see" she smile
~~~ "Y/N! don't move you're gonna slip" I look at her confuse I move my foot to get down natasha runs and I slip but she got me holding my arms "I told you not to move... You scared me y/n you almost hit the ground" she said staring at me I can see in her eyes that she got scared "I'm sorry natasha..." I said looking at her hands still on my arms "hey it's okay as long as you're okay" she said helping me to get down in the ladder "Thank you natasha if you didn't get me I know my head would hit the ground" I say looking down "don't mention it" I nod and smile "give me that staple gun I'm gonna put the lights and you're just gonna give them to me" she said "you don't need to you're gonna get tired I'm sure" she chuckles "it's okay I don't mind and I don't have things to do anyway" I look at her making it sure if she's serious "well ummm if you really want to and oh! because of this I would love to invite you for lunch again" I said looking at her "I wouldn't say no to that 'cause the last time I ate the food you cook I really enjoyed it" she said smiling at me
~ We ran out of Christmas lights only the front of my house got the lights but it's okay I know it would still look good, I didn't realize that it's past lunchtime "I didn't realize that's it's past time natasha is it alright for you that we're just gonna order food? Because if I cook it's late" she just smiles and nod and her face light up "let's just get McDonalds I'll drive!!!" She said excitedly "sure!" I said "wait for me I'm just gonna get my car"
Few minutes after natasha came back with her car I love her car it's black it looks simple and expensive at the same time. she open the door for me and I get in "I'm excited I can't remember the last time I ate McDonald's" she said "ohh same" she chuckles "really???" I nod "yeah" she just nods and smile I feel like a teenager it reminds me of high school. We went through drive thru and ordered burger, Fries, and milkshakes and park her car in the parking lot "is this good for lunch?" Natasha laughs "maybe? Let's just enjoy it" I laugh "I feel young" natasha said smiling "that's what I'm thinking earlier while you're driving" I said "really???" I nod "yeah like my high school life after school when I have time I always eat McDonald's like it's my treat to myself after stressing about school" I said looking at her. she smile "hmmn seems like a good student stressing about school huh what are you like those smart ones" she said and I smile "yes I am. I really want to be a lawyer" her eyes widen "a lawyer???" I nod "yes natasha, a lawyer" she look at me "please tell me that dream came true" she said "well ummm yes I became a lawyer" she look shock "that's incredible!!!" She smile "thanks what about you? Did you get your dream job?" I ask I see her smile disappear did I do something wrong? I didn't talk I just let her we fall into some silince after seconds she looks at me "let me tell you something maybe you wouldn't believe me after I say what my job before I came here" she said "interesting now tell me" I said "before I tell you I'm just gonna let you guess it" she said smirking "you're smirking don't tell me you're a stripper" I joke and she laughs "okay I'm gonna tell you now before you tell me something horrible than that. I'm a professor I teach Russian Language" my eyes widen. I never thought that she's gonna be a professor "professor?!?!! Are you joking? I thought you're like a business woman like you own a company" she laughs "I'm not joking y/n I'm really a professor" I just stare at her and I have an idea "okay tell me something in russian" she smirks "hmmm sure я люблю еду, которую ты готовишь (I love the food you cook) I look at her "okay I don't know if that really a Russian but what that means?" She laugh "you sound like you don't believe me" I laugh "I told you I never thought that you're a professor now tell me what that means" she laugh "it's I love the food you cook" I nod "okay sounds believable" I laugh "I mean that tho I love the food you cook" she said "thanks appreciate it! Don't forget that I told you that I'm gonna teach you" she smile "ohhh yeah about that when are you free?" "I'm always free natasha" she nods "well be ready I might just come to your house without telling you" she jokes I laugh

~~~~ Today was fun I really enjoyed it and I feel comfortable with Natasha I feel like she's gonna be one my friend in this neighborhood.
Natasha Pov I really enjoy what happened today. I feel comfortable with y/n I feel like we're being friends now.
I sat in my Balcony drinking wine just thinking when I'm gonna go to her house because I really want to learn how to cook the food maybe next time like she said she's always free.
Something caught my eyes. y/n open the Christmas light we put earlier and it's really nice!!!
