Dysphoria, it sucks. So, you might be wondering, "how can I not feel dysphoric?" and to that I say: it's really hard to not feel dysphoric, but I have a few tips to not, as well as even feeling euphoric.
Listening to music that makes you happy or feel badassPutting on a outfit that makes you euphoricMaking your voice deeper (I will update this in the future with my favorite way to do that)Writing your name and pronouns down Getting a haircut if you can Asking someone trustworthy to use your name and pronounsWriting down how you feel in a journalWear your binder or packer Make it look like you have a beard/ mustache with makeupVenting to someone about how you feelHanging out with friends, just as a way to distract yourselfThinking of fun ways to come outGoing shopping for clothes or other items that will be gender affirming
That's all I have for now! Please feel free to comment suggestions for what has helped you with dysphoria, I'd love to add some more to the list here!
