Okay let's start like this, Foxy I see as singled out, Freddy having a strong disliking for him as he bit one of the children. Bonnie then being confused as he would probably obay his boss more than a fox that bit of a child's head. Just saying, even I'd be a bit scared if someone I knew bit off someone's frontal lobe. So yeah. As Bonnie and Freddy being the only males to talk to each other, chica being the only girl would probably feel left out and friend foxy.
