hi !
it's been a while since i've written a story like this but i couldn't turn down the urge and someone encouraged me to do it so i'm back ! before you continue reading, please read this introduction/guide to the story.
firstly, i would like to remind everyone that i am a student with priorities. i may not upload chapters as quickly as you'd like ! i'm really busy and this is something that i'm doing in my free time.
now, here's a few things to know before you read:
- these characters are minors, therefore i will not be writing any sort of nsfw .. although there may be some jokes here and there cuz we all know how perverted half of the knb boys are
- the way i portray school may be a little bit different than the anime at times ! i do try to keep things as normal as i can, though
- main character is a girl (i can attempt to make things somewhat gender neutral, but i mainly write boy x girl lol)
- y/n attended teiko middle school and was on the girl's basketball team, now attends seirin high school. she isn't playing school basketball her first year but plays on a street ball team. instead, she's the team manager for seirin's boys basketball team.
- main character is takao's sister (same age so you both are first years), they both went to separate schools for a while solely because their parents wanted them to. seirin high school was y/n's choice, though. despite the different schools, takao and y/n are close !
- y/n befriended kise ryouta, aomine daiki, kuroko tetsuya and momoi satsuki. she is acquainted with murasakibara atsushi, akashi seijuro, and midorima shintarou. she is closest with kise ryouta.
* more information may be added to this page. stay posted, i'll make sure it's stated in the after-chapter announcements if i do decide to add more.
i hope that you all enjoy this ! i look forward to writing for you all <3

Fanfictionmidorima was sure he had his life straight. it was written in the stars and he believed in fate - but why wasn't he warned about the rather heartwarming surprise that is y/n?
