-Phoebe is mostly based off of Tom Holland's Spider-man, but I'll be adding in some info of my own too.
Things that will be explained but I would like to say now just in case anyone gets confused:
-Phoebe's personality will have some of Peter's traits, but she'll be a *bit* more chaotic
-She likes to play drums just like Spider-woman Gwen Stacy, and her suit will also look like hers (Into the Spider-Verse for reference)
-Phoebe was a vigilante hero since she was thirteen, then moved to Japan with Aunt May when she was nearly fifteen, thus giving her the perfect age to take the UA entrance exam
-America's heroes stay in America:P
Cause yk, plot and all--
-In America, heroes can be vigilantes (self-proclaimed heroes) without a license, since the crime rate there is much higher
-Phoebe and Aunt May moved to Japan because Phoebe was fixed on being a hero, but Aunt May wanted her to be safe, and so they moved to Japan where she could safely become and be one. 'Safely'. (How'd they learn the language? Magic of anime♡)
