Heyyyy PJO fans ;). I want to start by thanking you all for the love I've gotten for this piece- I wrote this literally days after Blood of Olympus was released, and out of pure anger for the way Rick finished the series. I didn't think it was at all like Leo to suddenly disappear like that. So I wrote it how I would've liked it to end. With some added perspectives. :) Now, given that this was written years ago and that I completely pantsed the whole thing, I'd be completely comfortable with saying that this is definitely NOT my best piece of writing. I have plenty of other stories on my Wattpad account that are tons better than this. And given that you're sitting here, on Wattpad, exploring fanfictions, I'd say the one I'd recommend to you is Fandom Academy. It's dedicated to any and all fans of any fandom who love and care for their favorite books, TV shows, and movies with the fiery passions that superfans do. Please, if you're going to read this one, please check out Fandom Academy as well. That's all I got for y'all today. Happy reading! :)

If anything, Nico was completely disoriented. And because he was disoriented, Nico automatically assumed he was dreaming. Nico was a part-time lucid dreamer, and right now he was working his part-time shift. He stood up. Nico stood in his father's palace.

"Hey, Dad," he said, mocking an upbeat tone.

"Nico," Hades said, "How are you?"

"Why weren't you there, at the fight?" Nico asked, all his rage and pain coming out in the seven words.

Hades had the nerve to appear taken aback. "Why, you weren't even at the fight, Nico. How could you even--"

"Jason told me you weren't there. I want to know why. Hazel can't fight a giant like that alone! I don't want to lose another--" Nico stopped, holding in a sob.

"Bianca wasn't my fault," Hades complained. "Why does everybody always blame--? It was a general statement..."

"Father, you should've been there, avenging your brethren."

"No. I'm busy enough down here. Bob was looking after Tartarus, and--"

"Bob?" Nico gasped. He knew all about Bob's supposed death in Tartarus when Percy and Annabeth closed the Doors. "Bob's alive?"

"Well, technically yes, if you define the word alive as dead."

"Then how...?"

"I let the poor guy live again. He was the welcome committee for the giants, earthborn, and monsters who descended into Tartarus from above. Quite the Titan, I should tell you..."

Hades waved his hand and a short video appeared in thin air. Bob the Titan was waving and holding up a sign that said, ENJOY YOUR STAY IN TARTARUS! as frustrated giants and monsters walked past the Titan, basically ignoring him completely. Then Gaea appeared next to him. She snatched the cardboard sign out of Bob's hands and it crumpled into dirt.

"Hullo, Dirt Face!" Bob said. Then he knocked Gaea unconscious.

Nico made sure not to smile. "Father, I... "

"I know, I know. It was the least I could do. I made the earth open up and swallow the monsters and giants and such. They all fell into Tartarus. All the work has drained me completely..."

With that, Hades leaned back in his throne and dozed off.

Nico looked around suspiciously.

No one was there. Nico ran for it.

His dream shifted. Now Nico was standing at Half Blood Hill, overlooking a campfire session. Reyna stood beside him.

"The Greeks sure know how to have a good time," Reyna said.
