Chapter two

Ive been with the volturi for a few months now. Aro loved the idea of me wanting to become like them and to see what powers l possessed. He asked me about my human life every now and then. But l never once told him about the Cullens.

Jane brought me back to the present by tackling me. A first.

" Jane. Why did you tackle me?" l asked laughing underneath of her. She looked at me in shock.

" Bella l just tackled you. Nobody ever takes you by surprise." She said pulling me up.

" l know Jane. l know. l was just thinking of......" l said, realizing that l almost just told her about the Cullens and even worse Edward. Jane looked at me.

" Like who Bella? Like the Cullens? Like thinking of Edward?" She said smiling but also worry was in her eyes.

l stopped. How did she know about the cullens? About Edward? " Jane? How did you know about the.. the.. Cullens??" l asked almost sinking to the floor.

" Oh com on Bells. You talk about them all the time when were not around or when you think were not around." She said.

" Jane how much do you know? How much have l said. Who knows?" l said truely panicking.

She started backing towards the door palms raised. l didnt realize that l was stalking towards her. " Bella? Calm down. When you put your hands down and sit down l will speak." she said lowering her hands.

After l sat down she began. " Bella, l only know that you use to love them and that you did everything together. Nobody else knows.....except Alec and Demetri." She siad arms crossed over chest.

" JANE!" l shrieked. " Yes Bella?" She asked no differently. Even a hint of smile in her voice. l didnt want to ever tell them but now is the time.

" Can you go to the thrown room and make sure everybody is there l need to speak. Say something to everybody please. l will be there in five minutes. k?" l asked and she nodded then left.

l went over to my closet and scanned through it until l found an Alice origional. Yes thats right the only one l hate is Edward. Alice started a fashion thing a few years ago and l always bought her clothing line. l even only wear an outfit once.

The outfit l grabbed was a black, strappless dress that cut off just bellow the but and it showed some clevage. Then l slipped on some black pumps that went up to my thigh. l quickly looked in the mirror and left. Here goes everything ive been trying to hide.

l opened the doors to the thrown room and started to speak. " Aro? l need to say something....." but l was cut short on my sentance when l saw we werent alone. Anger boiled up in me as l layed eyes on Edward.
