Sooyoung's P.O.V

"But mom. Noooo!" I complained.

"Yah! Choi Sooyoung! No more buts. It's final."

"Ah waaah" I whined like a little kid.

I guess it was final. I, Choi Sooyoung needed a tutor. I sighed. I did not need 3 hours taken out of my day studying and doing whatever else you do at a tutoring session. Although I was curious who would be my tutor. It might be embarrassing if it was someone a lot smarter than me.

*The Next Day

"Omo! Really?!" my best friend Yoona exclaimed. "What if it's a guy?! Who's cute?"
"Hey! Yoona~ You're supposed to be against this!"
"Ah, sorry," she said very seriously. (*i almost put in the laughing crying emoji smh 😂)

I groaned and rolled my eyes as we walked to class while Yoona kept giggling and squealing about how lucky I am, if it was a guy.

...

It was the end of the day and I suddenly remembered my tutor would be coming.

After several agonising minutes of Yoona begging me to let her come over, I finally agreed.

"Pleeease!"
"No."
"Please~"
"No."
"Please Choi Sooyoung!"
"No Im Yoona."
"Pretty please?"
"No."

"Pleeeeas-"
"FINE."
"Yay! Let's go! "

We walked home because of the thankfully good weather and when we arrived at my house, my mom was waiting for me. Craning my neck I looked in the living room to see my tutor - A BOY?!

Yoona excused herself which was probably a good idea cause things were about to get ugly.

Yoona's P.O.V

I looked out the window to see SooYoung's eyes pop out of her sockets then go back to normal. She must be in a heated argument with her mom. Do you get it? Heated? Because it's warm? And warm outside? That didn't even make sense. Ah nevermind.

I turned on the tv to find myself watching episode 9 of 'The Heirs.' YEESS.

"Omo! Yes!" I squealed.
"Huh?"
I turned to see, OMG. It's - it's XI LUHAN! *Activate fangirl mode. On.*
Woah. He's so freaking handsome! Those eyes and those lips look so soft. Omo, does he have abs? It totally looks like he works out! Wow he must be so smart and -

"Soo, Young?"

What.
Wait.

Is Luhan... tutoring Sooyoung?! And SooYoung's tutor is Luhan! Of course! That must be why he's here.

"Um, no. I'm Yoona." I pouted.
He chuckled and said "I wish I was tutoring you." he winked.

I giggled in return when we heard someone clear their throat. Sooyoung.

SooYoung's P.O.V

After several minutes of arguing with my mom I went in the living just in time to witness the flirting of Yoona and Xi Luhan?! Woah. He's so handsome I think I'm in love.

Wait. What? Noo~ I'm not! Omo! But he's so handsom- No. NO.

I shook my head and cleared my throat interrupting Yoona's creepy giggle.

"Oh. You must be Soo, Young?" he asked.
"Sooyoung."
"Well, I've uh met the lovely Yoona."
"And?" I sassily retorted.
"Does she need tutori-"
No! I mean no. No she doesn't. Go Yoona." I interrupted him quickly feeling a little jealous.

Yoona begrudgingly went upstairs to my room and the atmosphere? A little awkward, great but we both sat down on the couch by the coffee table. Feeling a little jealous that once again someone likes Yoona and not me.

Anyways, I needed help with calculus. Ewww. Maths. Luhan gave me a problem to solve and I gulped. What is this?

"I'll show you," he sighed.
His hand brushed over mine to get the paper. We made eye contact to and I blushed at the sudden skin and eye contact. He cleared his throat and handed me back the paper.

Solved. Of course, I pouted that I couldn't get it right.

"Yoona looks better when she pouts."
And then my pout turned into a sad smile.

"She looks pretty whatever she does." I said in a low voice.

Luhan's P.O.V

After hearing what Sooyoung said about Yoona, I felt a little guilty.
God Luhan are you an idiot? Why would you say that. *Internally facepalming*

I turned to face her and I uhm studied her face and realised how beautiful she actually was. Even though she wasn't smiling I could still see her cheekbones and her skin! Wah it was flawless and I bet pretty soft too. Her eyes, you could melt into and never escape because they're so mesmerising. Wow. Why am sounding so lovestruck and like a teenage girl?

An hour or two passes and I had to go home. After packing up she walked me to the door.

"Is Yoona still here?" I asked, she seemed really nice.
"Oh. Um, I don't know." Sooyoung replied.
"Well okay. Bye Sooyoung - ah" I waved.
"Bye, thanks Luhan." she waved back with a smile.

SooYoung's P.O.V

2 weeks soon passed and I have to admit, I really enjoyed and looked forward every time to our tutoring session. Not only because I'm getting better at calculus but also I saw Luhan everyday and spent a lot of time with him. I uh think I like him. I think I like Luhan. Gulp.

It was Friday today. Yesterday Yoona and I had a calculus test and we were getting the results today.
I peeked over Yoona's shoulder and she got an 90! Waah! Pretty and smart, that's my best friend!

And soon, my papers came. Closing one eye I looked at the score.

Omo. 97?!
I silently squealed just as the bell rang. Racing past the students and Yoona I ran into the hallway searching for Luhan of course.

"Sooyoung!"

Luhan. I turned to face Luhan. With a wide smile on my face I ran towards him.

"97! I, got, 97!" I panted.
"97?!" I nodded. "I knew you had it in you Sooyoung!" and he picked me up and twirled me round in his arms.

Time seemed to stop and I could only focus on Luhan. Everything seemed to be in slow motion. Our embrace ended and suddenly I missed the warmth.
His eyes flickering to my eyes and down to my lips and I knew he liked me back.

"Can I do someth-"
"Just do it." I whispered.

And we kissed. ^^

*Sorry for the abrupt and rushed ending. I couldn't really think of a good enough ending and since I wrote this on paper first at school I was in a rush (I had free classes) So sorry for taking a long time to update, hopefully the next one might be better. also I'm still writing chapter 4 of SooHan's arranged marriage so please be patient 😊 annyeong! 💝
