shell shocked she stood in the door. what the hell, she thought they were forever. they were engaged, but here she is standing in her bedroom doorway watching him get dressed and apologizing profusely. on the other side of the room you see someone else, another girl. the girl is scrambling to find her clothes claiming she had no idea he had a girlfriend. eloise stood there in horror as tears streamed down her face, none of it made sense to her. finally she came to her senses, pulled the ring he gave her off her finger and threw it at him officially ending it. next thing she knows she's running out of the flat with no where to go. everything after that is a blur.
she doesn't remember driving to her best friends, she doesn't remember tell taylor anything. she doesn't remember getting changed nor does she remember falling asleep in the guest bed while taylor comforted her, laying with her and stroking her hair. the only thing she remembers is waking up at taylor's. and hoping it was a dream. it wasn't.
that was all 6 months ago.
now she lives with taylor, taylor's husband and kid.
you see the night it happened, she had sworn off dating. she was done. four years had just gone down the drain. everything felt like it's going in slow motion, and all she knew was that she will never love again. and she will keep that promise forever.
when eloise was still together with james they went to a juice bar together, after they broke up she tried to go again but it was to hard so she had to find a new one. that's what lead her here.
