Finally!!! I finished this oil painting! it's taken a while as I did not work on it as continuously as I have my other oil paintings! I call it "Black Death."as that is what they call- The massive African Animal Cape Buffalo for short, that or- "The Widowmaker." These animals are a serious danger to big game hunters and have been believed to kill more innocent people than any other African Animal alive! The Cape Buffalo Bulls can weigh as much as 2,020 LBS and be as tall as 6 feet at the shoulder.The Black Skin is Thick, Their Horns are referred to as a "Boss" and Bodies So Massive that can crush- well... use your imagination right?Let's just hope that your first high powered-shot strikes him down first before he strikes you down! oh, by the way, they've been known to stalk until they see the opportunity to kill!
