Lyra stood there staring into the gigantic hole Agnes' body left. She got through the pieces of walls to get to the babysitter. She was layed on the floor, passed out, under the wall.
- Aggie?- The child looked at her, the body stood there, still passed out.
- Agnes?! What have I done... I did this...- Ly's eyes started wattering with a single tear rolling down her face.
- Please, don't die... You can't die!- More tears started rolling down her cheeks as she got on her knees next to the body. The little girl slides her delicate little hand through Agnes cheek.
She cried, sobbing, as she hugged the body, whispering:
- Don't die, Aggie, I need you... You are my Aggie....Lyra cried her eyes out, she had lost Agnes, her best friend, her babysitter.
- I love you Aggie...- she cried.
Agnes face squirmed as she slowly opened her blue eyes.
- I'm right here Ly, don't worry, I got you baby- she smiled as her face squirmed again with pain.
- Aggie!- The little hugged her as Agnes let out a painful moan.
- Honey, I love you too but you are hurting me....
Lyra looked at her, understanding she was in pain.
- Look, Ly, it wasn't your fault. But you can help me, use your magic! If you are powerful enough to throw me you are powerful enough to heal- The black haired lady explained - Just slide your hand through my body, use your powers You can do it!
Lyra did so. She slipped her little hand, shinning with purple powers, in the air down Agnes body.
- Dear, look at me. You can do this, focus. I believe in you- Agnes smiled encouragingly.
"I can do this. If she says so, it's true. I will not be losing Agnes tonight!" she thought.
Then, Lyra's face squirmed trying to focus. Her eyes soon began to shine with a ton of pastel purple. She slipped her hand again down Agnes body. Soon the little discovered something. Closing her eyes, Lyra had a vision of what was happening inside Agnes body: there was something red, that Lyra couldn't tell what it was, running through Agnes' entrails. And she also could see some organs who seemed to be tearing apart.
- Agnes... I think you are dying...- The little cried - Your thingies that keep you alive are tearing apart and there's so much red liquid stuff inside of you...
- Lyra, really? 'Your thingys keeping you alive' and 'red liquid stuff'? That's organs and blood! Fix it!
Lyra nodded as she repeated the movent . This time, the light in her eyes was brighter. Her hands glowing with purple powers again, moving slowly fluttering through the hair. Suddenly Agnes let out a big breath.
- Baby, you are doing good! I can feel already a bit better, keep going superstar!
Lyra focused even more, her hands floating in the air, swirling majestically. The purple in her hands became brighter and brighter. She closed her eyes again and had a vision: the bleeding had stopped, now it was the organs that were still tearing apart. Her face squirmed once again, thinking she was not powerful enough to heal her, that Agnes was going to die and it would be her fault. That her mother wouldn't forgive her for killing her best friend.
A tear slipped down her cheek.- Hey, toots, what's wrong?- Agnes asked with a hand around the litttle.
Lyra didn't say a word, what left Agnes with no other option than read the little's mind.
