TIME TRAVELING

It was usual for the sun to rise from the ambuluawa mountain. No one ever got tired of looking at the scenery of ambuluawa tower standing in there proundly while the sun was rising it was very beautiful to see.
Anannya was cooking early in the morning for her father. She had made the curry powder two days before. She just mixed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel, cardamom, peppercorns and curry leaves. She grinded all the dry ingredients together. She was humming while the onion turned light brown. She added the chicken to the clay pot which was marinated with her curry powder and salt. She let it cook for a bit and added coconut milk to the chicken curry.

Even though it was morning, with the smell of her own cooking she felt hungry. "Traditional cooking huh?" Her father asked while she was sniffing the chicken curry.
Anannya was lazy to cook. She always made easy dishes in the morning for her dad. But these days her dishes were more traditional, mouthwatering and full of spices as well.
"Your tea dad", she places the tea she had made into her fathers hand .

She packed the rice and some colorful vegetable curries, spicy mango curry and her chicken curry in a burnt banana leaf and secured it with some rope and then paper on top.
"Here you go dad" she said while giving his bag to him. After long years of being a developing country Sri Lanka has finally developed. In a good way Anannya thought, unlike other countries Sri Lanka was able to save their luxurious culture and traditions and develop at the same time.
The whole world was visiting Sri Lanka because people were attracted to the hospitality of the Sri Lankans . Their humbleness and the way every one were like, brothers from the same mother. As a multicultural country it was unbelievable to outsiders to see the oneness of Sri Lankans .
Yes, after numerous battles Sri Lanka learned that they had to wake up finally get together and develop their country.

She set on the date time she wanted. She had only developed the machine to travel to the past and present. She landed to Doramadalawa. This was the time a when Pandukabaya prince was born. Mother of the prince Unmadhachithra and grandmother Badha Kachayana had exchanged the prince with a baby girl on the day of birth because if she announced that she gave birth to a prince, her father would have ordered to kill the infant since the astrology leaders said he will kill 8 of his uncles and become the king. Prince was taken to Dormadalawa in this night where anannya traveled back in time she witnessed the arrival of the prince to the village. He was in a basket rapped in silk cloth. One of the greatest king of Sri Lanka was born.

She was hiding near by the forest of Dormadalawa watching what was happening. She never knew, she was noticed by a boy in the village. He always told his friend that there is a mysterious girl in the forest but no one believed him. He was quiet and annoyed about that fact .
