They both woke up from Kirishima's bed, and they made breakfast and then lunch in the next few hours and they both had a some what good time despite the tension. Chatting and watching movies like old times they bond with the snacks and drinks, and even gotten closer. But unfortunately they both were faking it, even though they missed this they both hated-well, just Kirishima.

Kirishima hated that Midoriya touched the blonde too, not even having guilt that he did the same thing, like Bakugou was 'his' property or something and it bothered the green boy.
But before Deku left Kirishima sent the videos to Midoryia as he left, and as soon as he saw the video he half smiled and ran to the UA high school. But of course people stared, some tried to stop him or beat him up but he just ran past everyone as they looked at him in disgust.

Bakugou and Todoroki woke up and started getting ready for school, taking a shower and getting their uniform on, knowing everything that happened they knew other students knew, they knew the stares they'd get.

From Bakugou being molested by not only his mom but Todorokis old friend, making the heterochromian beat him up as Mr. Aizawa watched? This was the shit for students.

Getting out of the dorm and immediately hearing whispers from the other students, but they were off put, as if Deku had the guts to come back.

"I can't believe he's here, especially on what he did to Bakugou." "Some even heard him say he deserved it! No one deserves that kind of treatment." "I heard Bakugou's mom did it too!" "Bakugou doesn't deserve them."
"Im sure it's just a rumor"

They both stopped in unison, "what the fuck is he doing here, is he actually here?!" Bakugou whisper yells, not wanting others to hear their conversation. "No, no I'm sure he's-" he shut his mouth immediately and opened a door to push Bakugou and himself in it. They both knew, they both knew he was here.

Realizing they were in a closet, Bakugou tried to assured the heterochromian he could see the bitch ass Deku, the fuck up, but Todoroki shook his head and peeked out the of the closet, grabbing the blonde's hand to go to the classroom.

But Deku beat them to it.

"What the hell are you doing here" Aizawa harshly said to Midoriya, as both the teacher and Deku saw the two walk in. All the classmates look at the occurrence happening, eager to know what's going to happen next.

"I have evidence Kirishima did it too!" Just as that was said, Kirishima walked in, astonished on what was going on. "What?! Me?!"

Kirishima yells. Bakugou didn't know what to feel "proof"? Bakugou whispered. That's all he could think of. Todoroki thought on how ways to beat the shit out of the green bitch if he said one more thing.

"Proof? Go to the principal's office, I'll, meet you there after class." Mr. Aizawa stated, hating that Deku said that out loud with everyone in the room, so loud that maybe even the students outside that cut heard him too.

The two sit down and the teacher whispers Kirishima to go in the principal's office as well, starting the lession with minor distractions, Bakugou and Todoroki trying to pay attention but really couldn't and the teacher noticed it, understanding it and not calling them out plusing the more they have for a couple of days.

The class lessons were quick to these two since they weren't even paying attention, or called to explain something for that matter. Everyone went out and Bakugou stared at the window while Todoroki stared at him.

"Hey, listen kid, I-" trying to explain that he had to go to figure this Kirishima thing out he was interrupted, "I know." Mr. Aizawa let it go because no matter how overwhelmed this teacher was he could never understand what Bakugou felt. Looked at Todoroki and nodded, as the heterochromian reciprocated it, Mr. Aizawa got his stuff and headed to the principal's office, as soon as Shouto heard the doors close he knew the blonde couldn't hold it anymore.

He got up and sat next to him as Bakugou cried on his chest, he rubs the blondes hair and back, picking him up and opened the door to his room, glad that no one saw them two in a position like this knowing it would've made the blonde have more stress. He lays Katsuki down and himself as well, trying to calm the blonde down but he knew he couldn't, holding him firmly whispering heart felt things to Bakugou but no matter what he heard sobs from the blonde.

"Listen here you two. You're both getting expelled. I don't care about your excuses it won't change my mind, the police are on there way and I hope you'll be charged as adults."

The two stayed quiet, it was obvious none of them had remorse for the blonde but instead condole for themselves. Truly nauseating, soon after the cops came, and thankfully they went into the case as soon as possible.

Asking the people who were there, collecting the evidence and finding minor semen dna of the two still in the blonde. Gathering everything from the three, Midoryia, Kirishima, and Bakugou's 'mother'. The court began a few months later, winning the trial the three was sentenced to life.

Aizawa got custody of Bakugou Katsuki himself, since they felt like the father wasn't allowed to due to him 'not knowing this whole time' the blondes life was finally getting better. Not much nightmares anymore and Aizawa would let Todoroki stay at the weekends after they told Aizawa and his husband President Mic that "we're gay as fuck and we're boyfriends we don't care if you like it or not."

The two boys stayed in Bakugou's room for about a week, never leaving unless Mr. Aizawa kicked them out for some type of socialization. Fortunately he didn't do it often since he couldn't fully understand Bakugou's feelings, even if everything was over it didn't mean his feelings weren't, same thing with Todoroki. A lover of his should have never suffered like how his boyfriend did, especially since it will stick with everyone forever.

"I'm glad everything is over" Todoroki said, they were indeed both in Bakugou's new house laying down after dinner with the same onesie clothes that Bakugou's dad's, Aizawa and Mic bought him and Todoroki.

"Me too." Even if, they both knew, it wasn't.
