Hannibal opened his eyes. He was in so much pain, yet, he realised that Will is into his arms Unconscious. Despite all the pain he was in, he pulled himself and Will out of water...he doesn't know what he should do and he wasn't in a shape that could think, he just wished that both of them can survive.
When he drag himself and the younger man with himself to a cave near the sea and made sure no one can find them, he laid down besides Unconscious man and before he can do anything, he became Unconscious.
