Chapter 3
"Oooh. With Laura." Dion asks his hazel eyes lighting up.
"Yeah.. damn she's hot." Kai states but then gets whacked by mason.
"Dude... that's your brother's girlfriend." He says frowning "don't say that."
Kai smirks but I can tell he's thinking shit in his head.
About another hour later Leo, Jack, jake, mason, mark are all asleep. Leo's curled up next to me on the bed.... He doesn't take too much room and we're all falling asleep now.
"Hey sky." Mason whispers as I'm laid down on my bed now with the others drifting to sleep.
I turn my head to him laying down next to me "it'll be okay you know." He whispers "we can say bye to mum and dad before we go tomorrow." He says
He knows whats on my mind before I even tell him how I feel.
I smile slightly in the dark and slightly nod my head at him.
Yeah we could... but it won't be the same... we'll be million of miles away (okay maybe not that much but still) from them, and I won't be able to sit with them at their grave anymore.
I close my eyes trying to sleep and let the thoughts slip out of my head.
My heart hurt I didn't want to leave our parents here and move.
It'll be okay. It'll be okay. I try to just focus on masons words.
It'll be okay.
Will it though?
I roll over as I stir awake but keep rolling and I suddenly land on the hard cold floor with a thump.
"Ow." I groan rubbing my head and opening my eyes as I hear laughter around the room.
"Ahah, epic fall sis." Mason laughs standing up and I glare at him.
"Yep, totally." Mark smirks
I shoot them both looks as I get to my feet with my blanket tangled around me.
"KIDS, are you up?!" Grey shouts sounding like he's coming down the corridor.
"Yeah." We mumble back as they all slowly get to their feet.
"We'll get packing please.... We leave at 5pm." He says calling out
I whip my head to the clock and it's already 9 am. We've only got 8 hours to pack everything we have ever owned?!
That's impossible. There are 12 of us! Why did grey tell us all on such short notice.
"Right!! I shout "everyone out. I need to pack all my shit." I say pushing them out the door as they mumble back at me.
"Okay, okay, Jeez sis." Mason says
Leo's the last to leave and I close my door and go to my closet to change first.
I look through my clothes, I'll admit, I'm not a girly girl. Hell I live with 12 guys in a house that's not even big, it's not really a surprise.
I pull on some lime green leggings, a white shirt, white converses and a bracelet. It's a big girly for my taste but I kinda like it maybe being a girly girl isn't so bad after all.
The next few hours are stressful. Boxes after boxes, roles and roles of tape. I hate packing. It really is not my thing. Grey set us up with a time limit, claiming we better have every if not most things from our room packed by noon.
That way it gives us plenty of time to sort out the rest of the house. I was pretty much doubting that we would have everything packed in time, and I still don't think we will but Grey told us not to even worry about it.
He said anything that's not packed will be sent over once we're settled down in the new house. We only need to pack essentials.
And in my case, that means most of the things in my room. Suitcases, duffel bags and boxes held majority of my things from clothing, shoes, photos, little items that I have kept for memory sake.
I even packed my stuff teddy bears from mum and dad as they are so important now that they are both gone.
Everything. I can't just leave it here and wait for it took come over in weeks. No that won't do I can't do it.
Halfway through the afternoon, the house is messy boxes litter every place, everyone's rushing to gather the last things they desperately need and won't wait a few weeks without.
It's a crazy mess and I don't even think that anyone had eaten.
~~~
Finally. At quarter to five everyone is ready. Bags packed and all our essential and must needed things are being lifted into a big truck and surprisingly we all have everything we need for the long ass trip we are about to take.
"Okay guys, it's time to go." Grey says, "come get into the taxis." Grey orders as the last of our luggage is loaded.
Two seven seater taxis are waiting for us, Grey goes in one with Leo, jake, jack, mason and mark wanted to go with him as well.
Then in other taxi is Kyle, Kai, me, Dion, deacon, Ryan, Greg we all squished in as I looked out of the window.
And before I even have the chance to breathe it seems like we're moving now. The car rolling down the driveway, our old house was disappearing further and further away.
All the memories I've had over 17 years... are now gone. At least I didn't have any friends to say goodbye to there was no one. But there were two others.
Mum and dad.. I didn't get to say goodbye to them.
About half an hour later of lame jokes, random conversations, bad smells ( that no one would own up too) we finally arrive at the airport.
Being stuck in a taxi with six of your brothers is just plain torture. I swear it felt like the longest ride.
As soon as the cab stops I jump over kyles lap and out the door, sighing in relief as I finally get a breath.
After everyone is out we met up with grey and the other boys that pulled up next to our taxi and then make our way towards the airport entrance. Thankfully all of our luggage is being sorted so it's not like we have to take every piece with us to that's good.
How it's being sorted and being flown over with us I don't know.
