Rebecca looked at Poppy's dress.

Poppy " what's happening? is that blood? "

At the hospital.

Doctor Nik  " I'm so sorry to tell you Poppy, you've had a miscarriage "

Phil wiped Poppy's tears away.

Poppy " I'm sorry, we tried so hard to have this baby, setting the mood with romantic stuff, and now look what's happened, you're better off without me, I don't want to ruin your life, you deserve someone better, someone who can actually give you a baby "

Poppy " and I'd die for you, your so sweet but I mean it, it's best you move on from me, be like old times, just me being your film editor, you being with someone better than me, which will break my heart but I want you to be happy with someone else "

Phil " that will never happen, yes you will still be my video editor but you will also be my wife, I'm not having anyone else, but you, it's not your fault about the baby, and we have plenty of time to start a family, we can try again when your ready, no pressure, I love you, only you matter to me, we will get through this, just please say you'll still marry me, I'm lost without you "

They both made up and hugged. and then drove home.

Back at home.

They had dinner and went to bed. Phil held Poppy in his arms. "

Poppy " I can't believe it, nearly one month pregnant and our baby is gone "

Poppy " I hope we won't have any trouble conceiving in the future "

They cuddled for a bit then went to sleep.

Poppy had a bath with Phil.

Poppy " baby, I'm sorry if I seemed like a nutter last night, I feel so down about our baby "

Poppy " so can we try again soon? "

Phil " of course baby, when's your next period? "

Phil " that was probably a stupid question, let's try when you're ovulating "

Poppy hugged Phil. She hope things turn better this time.
