You got home after everything that happened at school you opened the door and saw your dad sat there with a shit eating grin on his face and a beer in his hand. "So how was school?" He said in an evil way.
"School was boring. Little bit of arguing between a couple kids." You said innocently.
"Oh so I guess this is nothing." He said turning his phone to show a video of you and Miguel fighting the others. You immediately started sweating. "I remember teaching you that sweep when you were seven." He said watching the video back.
"Your not mad are you?" You asked looking at him clutching your bag.
"Am I mad you got into a fight? Yes, but you did it for a good reason so I'm not." He said finishing his beer. "Oh while I remember Miguel asked if you wanted to join Cobra Kai with him. Y'know that Karate place we saw." You stood and thought about it for a bit wondering what if.
"I'll think about it." You said walking into your room. You threw your bag next to your door and took off your shirt that had some blood on it from the fight. You took your phone out of your pocket as it pinged. You had two messages. One from Miguel and one from Emily.

You laughed at his clear excitement. You looked over to Emily's message.

You smirked a little before placing your phone on the side and laid down Cobra Kai karate sick name for a dojo.
Timeskip
You stood at the door to the dojo lightly pushing the door opening it. There were two other students in there Miguel and someone else. "Sick place." You said alerting the other two.
"Y/n, took you long enough." Miguel said walking over.
"I'm five minutes late calm down." You said hugging him.
"Can I help you?" A tall oldish blonde guy said walking out the office.

"Yes sir, I'm here to learn Karate Miguel said this was the place to be." He looked at Miguel with a smile then turned back to you.
"Ever done this before?" He said crossing his arms.
"My dad taught me a few things when I was a kid but I finally thought I'ed revive the family legacy." You said setting your bag down.
"Then let's see what you can do, Mr Diaz in the centre." He said Miguel then turned facing the centre.
You removed your shoes bowing onto the mat. You faced Miguel.
"Face me bow, face each other bow." You did so. "Fighting positions, ready. Fight."
He walked towards you throwing a side kick, you stepped sideways and drove a fist into his chest pushing him over. He stood up again walking to the other side of the matt. You began fighting again. You threw two punches towards his that he easily blocked. You threw another punch aiming for his chest your arm struck winding him before lifting him up dropping him driving your knee to his chest. "Try using your legs, not just your hands." The Sensei said. You stepped towards Miguel trying to kick. He saw it coming and swept your leg causing you to thud on the mat. "Your a boxer aren't you?" He asked as you stood up.
"Yes Sir, Amateur heavy weight could've been the champ but we moved out here." You said cracking your neck.
"I can tell, you've got a lot of power in your hands but we need to work on your kicks. After that no ones gonna fuck with you." He said with a smile. "And it's Sensei not sir."
"Thank you Sensei." You said bowing to both him and Miguel.
"Y/n if you can come back tomorrow well give you the full test, because time seems to have gotten away from us." He said dismissing all of you. You walked out stretching and cracking your arms.
"Shit, what days tomorrow?" You asked Miguel as you both walked out.
"Saturday. Why?" He said leaning on the wall.
"Me and Emily are going on a dat-. Day out." You said just managing to correct yourself but he had a huge smile.
"I'll cover for you." He said placing his hand on your shoulder.
"Need a ride back?" You said opening your dad's charger and entering.
"You drive?" He said getting in and putting his bike on the back seat.
"I'm not answering that question without a lawyer." You remarked.
"Ok then." He said as you sped away.
