i hc most of them as hybrids/demons/shapeshifters sooooo,,,,,,

side note: some {brackets} are about current lore (december 2021) so might be a bit confusing in the future lol

Tommy

* raccoon man, hoarder.  has demon horns but a raccon tail
* stimms a lot cause anxiety, trauma, all that good stuff
* is wilbur's little brother, philza's adopted son (phil doesn't know he adopted him, tom doesn't know hes adopted)
* hasn't cut his hair since exile (ponytail) and has very ratty clothes
* has a lot of bandaids and bandages
* constantly wears the (kinda ugly) cardigan ranboo knitted for him
* shroud put a lot of stickers around his house, and puts up drawings and stuff
* he adopted shroud as his kid, shroud has play dates with mike and yoghurt alot {now he spends time in the safe house, very scared for his dad}
* is partially deaf cause of explotions, knows sign language (has hearing aid's)
* is occasionally mute when very freaked out, locks himself in his house/room
* also takes out his hearing aid's when he doesn't want to listen/is overwhelmed (when he deafens in discord)
* extreamly jittery, cant keep still (leg bouncing, twitching etc.)
* almost got his middle finger cut off cause he kept flipping dream off in exhile
* sleeps with stuffed animals (henry plushie)
* weapon of choice is... a shield

Tubbo

* Is schlatt's son, therefore a goat hybrid.
* Was left in a box by schlatt when his drinking problem got worse, fostered by puffy (who is schlatts sister, also a goat/sheep)
* still visits his fathers grave, even though he resents him
* very gay
* has his wedding ring on his horn
* has an extra set of horns cause of radiation (ik it doesn't work like that but.... s' cool)
* has night terrors and nightmares, ranboo helps him calm down {not anymore, he just cries himself back to sleep now}
* smokes occstionally, when stressed {that ashtray is looking fuller and fuller by the day}
* knows sign language bc of tom
* has a very irrational fear of treating michael the same way schlatt treated him.
* has always wanted to be an engineer, loves building things, finding out how they work and stuff
* {is in denial about his death}
* weapon of choice is axe
* cannot stand festivals or new years (obvious reasons)

Ranboo

* kisses mike gn every night {where did papa go?}
* extremely protective of tubs and michael {i dunno baby, he'll come back soon...}
* is actually a very skilled archer
* weapon of choice is bow
* apologieses and says thanks way to much
* rambles and rants a LOT, but only to tubs and toms(who turns off his hearing aid), usually stays quiet around other people
* likes wearing jewelry and ruffles, feeling royal (there's something very familiar about it...)
* isnt home with tubbo and mike a lot cause of syndicate work {didn't think it was possible for the house to be this quiet...}
* Is a demi-boy/enby, also very gay
* also knows sign language bc of tommy
* ender moms!!!!
* ghostboo isn't allergic to rain, laughs when someone mentions dream

Dream

* Is a shapeshifter, (mc but my friend is..)
* was stripped of his demi-god abilities at a young age and was "kicked out"
* followed puffy around and copied her appearance, then puffy adopted him
* has horns and sheep ears
* played with gogs and sap since they were kids
* lived in the old l'manburg catacombs/sewers cause no house lol
* is very much in love w/george and wrote about him in his prison journal
* weapon of choice is sword

Drista!x3

* Is a demi-god/demon
* likes messing with humans, a god of mischief and trickery essentially
* weapon of choice is specifically a trident (cause fork, duh)
* doesn't really know what dream did, but thinks that hes there for a reason so she doesn't bother helping him
* can also shape-shift like dream (mostly stays in demon form with horns and tail)

Dream!xD

* much like his sister, is a shape-shifter, is very tall/big (9ft) and a demi-god/demon
* god of ender
* is also a trickster, do not trust him
* genuinely tries to protect george, was sent by dream to do so
* shapeshifts into dream to comfort george(and failing), gives george gifts
* is the big brother of both dream and drista
* weapon of choice is magic

George

* has a mushroom curse, has mushrooms growing on him
* kind of resents eret and steals his beacons on occasion
* mooshrom george :)
* his house is still in ruins and not a cathouse, and its very over-grown.
* he has fallen asleep in his house in kinoko, with dream!xd watching over him and puppeteering his dreams, trying to keep him happy (karl and sap cant see xd)
* is also madly in love with dream but thinks he just likes him as a friend
* weapon of choice is bow

Sapnap

* Is a blaze-born/fire demon
* blows smoke out of his nose when he's pissed, bursts literally into flames when he's SUPER angry
* Is BBH's kid, skeppy was kinda like a step-dad, but he was a little distant
* has a feather from quackity on his communicator, and a crystal from karl
* weapon of choice is axe

Wilbur

* is techno's twin, phil's bio son
* used to play guitar a lot before l'mnbrg
* is a very stinky man, has been living with the stank of decomposing flesh for 13yrs so he doesn't notice
* also smells like gunpowder and old blood
* misses playing with tommy like when they were younger
* Extremely gay (bi leaning toward men) but also homophobic (somehow)
* kinda has a crush on big q (kinda)
* smokes A LOT
* very jittery, just like tommy
* knows very little sign language, almost forgot everything while in limbo
* just guesses what tommy is signing, gets it mostly right
* has regular manic episodes
* genuenly thought growing up that his mum was a fridge, cause her picture was on it (i am ignoring "canon")
* has a rat in his coat that he keeps as a pet
* weapon of choice is flint and steal
