dolores x reader

hiiii im trying to do requests but I forget honestly</3 anyway

I've noticed dolores seems pretty stressed recently,

I'm honestly unsure on what to do, or help, so I thought why not do something cliche?
i packed a picnic basket with some berries, sandwiches and some raspberry lemonade.

as I was getting my things about to walk out the door I said outloud, "Doloress? meet me in the bushes by the mountains in 30 minutes?" I started walking there sitting on a rock by a pond with a couple fish in it. it was so peaceful here, I hope Dolores can have a break here.

as minutes pasted I hear footsteps behind me, someone then rested their arms ontop of my shoulders, "I knew you'd be here" a soft low voice said, I turn to see who it was and it was dolores obviously, "hii" I smiled at her, she took a seat on the rock Infront of me, "so what's this all about?" "I know you've been stressed lately about the family, so I thought maybe you needed a small break!"

she giggled at my response taking one of the sandwiches I had brought, "Isabela helped with the flowers didn't she?" "I don't reveal my secrets." she smiled at me as I got up from where I was sitting walking to the pond, I took off my shoes rolling up my skirt/pants I was wearing, I walked into the pond admiring everything that was in it, from the sounds of the water swaying in the wind, to the sounds of the birds chirping.

shortly after I stepped in Dolores joined me, we didn't swim, just walked around, she suddenly started kicking water at me, I kicked it back with the sounds of us laughing and the sounds of the water splashing it was so relaxing, we explored the area picking flowers for eachother comparing which ones we liked better,

as it started to get dark I told Dolores "I think I should get home now, I don't wanna be home too late" she understood and asked "can you walk me home?" "of course!" I quickly replied.

we walked home together, I held her hand tightly not wanting to let go, as we got to the casita she held my face placing a kiss on my lips, "we do this again soon?" "mhm!" I could feel my face heat up, she walked into the casita waving goodbye, I waved back walking back home.
