I Woke Up To See This

Verzelia, a world full of mythical creatures and amazing sights. Sometimes, when you'd look up at the sun, instead of burning your eyes because of it's brightness, the sun would wink at you and warm you up with his rays. Giving you the feeling that you are on a large meadow with short but soft grass, caressing your skin just like a comfortable bed. Some trees were purple, some red and some had muticolored leaves. Cool, am I right? Everyone once dreamed or hoped unicorns were real, those horses with shiny horns and white coat. I mean if you are one of the exceptions, that didn't want to meet any unicorns, I don't blame you, your childhood probably got messed up but that's ok because I wanna help you travel into a world you've never seen! Even If you are not as excited I don't really care, of course unicorns weren't the only ,,unreal" creatures existing in Verzelia. Griffons! The birds or just mammmels with the body, tail and back legs of a lion while their head and wings of an eagle. Alright, alright, I'm sure you know these, guess talking about them really excites me. Moving on we have mermaids, living in the sea, you'd be surprised to see what empire they've created underwater. Can't wait to visit them again! Oh, oh, dragons, how could I forget, such beautiful and magestic reptiles. Only some were able to tame such beats but no worries I'm sure they will be willing to teach you, hah!

Zach's POV

I "wake up" trapped in a bubble? I couldn't see outside so I might be saying crazy shit. When I finally settle down and stop moving I hear a voice even though I don't see anyone, yet this "voice" could be heard everywhere, I felt surrounded by the same person or I hoped it was a person. I don't really remember what he kept bragging about since my head was kinda fuzzy but I'm guessing he's been talking for a while. I remember be was telling me about some kangaroos? No, no, centaurs I belive he-... She? They? Can't even tell what gender this prick is. The voice was kinda getting on my nerves, I didn't wanna know about this world's history or anything related so I finally spoke up.
"Hey, thanks for all this...um information but all I wanna know is where am I and why can't I see you, you do sound like a human-being." My words were so sloppy but I still managed to make a coherent sentence.
There was silence, and all you could hear were the waves of the sea and a few birds. I suppose? They sounded more like dinosaurs combined with birds. After getting no answer back I decided to give it another shot.
"Could I get your name perhaps? I'm kinda confused about your gender so help me out, would ya?" I stayed in silence for a couple of seconds when I hear someone babbling something.
"Gyu...my name's Gyu. My apologies for confusing you, no one has ever asked for my name. All they wanted was to "get out" and wouldn't even listen to me" They changed their speaking style to a more calmer one yet even they seemed perplexed.
"I mean, it's not like I have anyone to go back to if I ever return to my world so I've got time to listen" I give a smile, short after realising that I'm smiling at a black image. I face-palmed myself waited for an answer from Gyu.
"I see, well if you say so let's keep going. To answer your first question, we are in Verzelia and as for the second one, I don't usually show myself to mortals because I might frighten them" Said Gyu. For some reason that voice was getting closer and closer to me. It was kinda frustrating since all I could see was black but I didn't feel scared even tho I'm trapped in a bubble with some creep. I flinched when I saw this weird hand in front of me, like it wanted me to take it or something. I was hesitant at first but I grabbed it eventually, the skin was a bit flabby but I guess I can overlook this.
"Mortal, would you like to see me?" Gyu asked with a little uneasiness in his voice but somehow seemed confident, I don't even know.
"That would be great to be honest, I've been looking at a black image for so long, my eyes are kinda hurting since I can't fucus on anything" I joked with the shadowy figure, hoping to change the atmosphere so it won't be as tense as before and it looks-...sounds like it worked. I could hear a chuckle, probably coming from Gyu.
"I didn't think you were going to be so talkative, other mortals would've fainted untill now" Right after they said that I felt how my body left the ground and I was now standing, that hand sure is powerful. Once I open my eyes I see a man, had a human body but not really? It had long white hair, eyes yellow as the egg yolk, his skin was a fairly darker colour, suiting him well nonetheless. He had horns, just like a demon and they were quite big as well. After looking a bit more at his face, since that's all I could see, I closed my eyes not wanting to make this person uncomfortable and run in the shadows. He let go of my hand and spoke up.
"Aren't you supposed to look at me, mortal? Did I frighten you?" I could hear the dissapointment in his tone but I reacted quickly reasurring Gyu that he's perfectly fine.
"Oh- no no! I just didn't want to make you uncomfortable by staring directly at you so I closed my eyes after I took a good look at you" Gyu was silent after that. I reach out my hand, searching for his shoulder, it's a habit of mine to comfort people when they are unsure of things. Once I finally find it I pat his shoulder and take my hand away.
