She never meant for this to happen. Falling in love with her friends brother? She knew that things happened unexpectedly, but this? She didn't know how to explain it.

Her friend didn't mind though. Despite being an airhead sometimes, he knew his friends really well. And the one thing he noticed was the way her body language changed when Ace stepped inside the building.

But how couldn't she stare at the male? He was six foot one,  wavy hair that wasn't too long or too short, freckles on his cheeks, and he was always shirtless. Either wearing sweatpants or shorts, mostly shorts. So when it came to staring, [your name] was very good at that.

Well... That was until Luffy called her out on it in front of everyone. The regular crew sat in the living room, loud as ever while they were playing uno. Ace who happened to wake up from his nap, came out of his room. Of course he was shirtless, and wore grey sweatpants. [your name] just had to take a peek, maybe multiple peeks. Yet, she couldn't help it. Why would he wear that knowing they were over at their apartment almost every day.

She didn't realize she was in a trance until the loudmouth opened his mouth, "Hey [your name]! Why do you keep peeking over at Ace? You like him or something?" and in that moment she wanted to die.

"Why the fuck must ya' ass shout that? Fuckin' idiot!" she screamed, punching the back of his head. [your name] couldn't help but bury her face inside her cards as she heard Ace laugh.

"I'll be in my room if you ever wanna come inside," Ace shot her a wink while she groaned. This was great, but not so great.

Everyone within the crew knew that she was infatuated with Ace, so they didn't understand why she was embarrassed. The only person who wasn't aware, was Ace himself.

Several minutes have passed by, but [your name] couldn't forget about it, "next time Luffy, I'll kill you..." she growled at him while he wore the same blank expression.

"I thought you forgot about that already..." he scratched his head with a sigh.

"You make it seem like he rejected you or something..." he added which caused her anger to raise through the roof. There was no way he was serious right now.

"I'll never reject you [your name]," Sanji latched himself to her while she sighed.

"I know that..." she pushed the curly browed male off her while he continued to gush at her.

"There's nothing to be shy about," Nami chuckled, looking over at her friend.

"Easy for you to say..." she trailed off, placing her head on her shoulder.

"Luffy always opens his big mouth when his voice is not needed," she emphasized the last part while he shrugged his shoulders.

"You're just overreacting," Luffy looked at her while she rolled her eyes at him.

Maybe she was, but she didn't need Ace knowing her business. That was for her and herself only.

so this was like 200 hundred words, but i decided to add 300 more words for this prologue. i'm taking a lil break but i promise i'll be on here writing chapters until i'm ready to comeback.
