"Hello?"
I groaned, picking up my ringing phone.
"It's me." "Hey Ky'meire what you need?" "Nothing, what you doing today?" "Going to the mall for my cousins birthday, why wassup?" "Can I slide?" "Um... not this time. Only be-" "You don't have to explain yourself to me. It's cool, just let me know when you get there." "Okay."
I got out of my bed, seeing that it was almost time for me to leave. I walked to the bathroom, still holding the phone to my ear as I got my skin stuff out. I put the phone on speaker and sat it on the counter.
"Was that it?" "Yeah, just wanted to see what you were doing." "Okay, you want me to stay on the phone or..?" "It don't matter to me. If you gotta go, then go." "Nah, i'm just now starting to get dressed." "Okay."
I prepped my face, putting on a peel-off charcoal mask and taking my clothes off. I started the shower going to my room and getting my Alexa. I plugged it up in the bathroom and turned the volume up before going to my Spotify and playing my playlist.
YEAH by PGF Nuk played as I tied my hair up and got into the shower.
"You the type to see yo opps, and got yo glock and don't shoot it."
I said, lathering myself in deodorant soap. I rinsed off, continuing my shower as my music played. I eventually got out and dried my body off before cracking open my bathroom window and grabbing the cocoa butter and Victoria Secret lotion from under the sink. I also pulled out my Perfect by Marc Jacobs perfume out and began to grease my body.
I heard Ky'meire sneeze and a female saying bless you.
"Bless you."
I said, putting my outfit on. My doorbell rang making my grab my things and go open it. My cousin and her group of friends came in and sat on the couch.
"Can you take my pictures Levi?"
He nodded, getting my phone and I went to pose.

"Thank you, come on y'all."
They all got up, and we went and got into our cars. We pulled off following Levi and my cousin.
"Okay, Hello?" "Yeah, i'm here." "I have a question?" "Yo?" "Where you at?" "Over my friend Taisha's house. Why?" "If you with your friend, why you asking to come with me?" "Because we're finna leave. She's going out of town and I was just goin' go to my house." "Oh." " 'Meire! Come help me with these bags please!" "Nigga...here I come. Hold up Sage."
I heard movement and then the line fell silent. I went to the bluetooth, connecting my phone to the car before hanging up and going to Spotify. Trap or Cap by Young M.A. played and I turned it up, pressing the gas as the light turned green.
My phone rang and I saw my cousin's contact name flash across the car's screen. I pressed the answer button on my steering wheel and I turned it up some more.
"Hey Iyana, what you need?" "Hey, you okay?" "Yeah, I just got stuck at a traffic light." "Mkay, you want us to wait?" "No, it's Suncrest mall right?" "Yeah." "Okay, i'll just meet y'all there." "Okay."
I hung up and my music continued playing. My phone rung again and I saw Ky'meire's name across the screen. I answered the call, turning a corner.
"Hello?" "Why'd you hang up?" "Because I wanted to listen to music." "Oh okay, call me when you get there." "I already told you I would." "Oh, my bad." "You good. Bye 'Meire." "Bye Sage."
The phone hung up as I stopped at another red light.

I pulled into a parking space and turned my car off. I got out closing my door and walking towards the mall doors. I locked my car and put my keys in my black Telfar.
I took my phone out, calling Iyana.
"Yo?" "Where y'all at?" "The food court, Levi swears he hungry chile.."
I chuckled, shaking my head and went to the food court. I saw the group in the Nori Japan line and went over to them.
"Hey everybody." "Oh now she can speak." "Girl what?" "You didn't speak when we were at your house. First thing you said was 'Levi can you take my pictures.' Like excuse you." "Okay my fault for not speaking. But you don't have to come at me like that." "I really don't care." "Okay."
I looked down at my phone, trying to avoid any more confrontation. Levi ordered his food and they all left the line. I ordered something as well and then went to have a seat.

I put my phone back in my purse and kept eating. Levi finished his food a little while before me so we all got up and started walking around. Iyana walked into forever 21 and started looking for clothes.
Not knowing what to do, I left the group, going to walk around the store. I made my way to the register area, leaning on the side of the counter as I waited. About 30 minutes later Iyana was moving through the line with a pile of clothes.
She got to the register and the lady rung all of her clothes and accessories up. I came up to them, reading the total and toking my wad of cash out. I counted our $400 dollars and handed it to the lady, putting the rest of my money my purse.
She handed my a receipt and Levi and Jordan grabbed the bags. I left the change and we headed out of the store.
"Thank you cousinn!" "Mhm, where next?"
She walked into build-a-bear and got some more outfits for her bear. We walked around the mall for about 3 more hours and by the time we left, everyone except Iyana was carrying at least 4 bags. After helping to stuff Jordan's truck with the bags, I got in my car heading home.
When I got there, I went straight to my room and laid on the bed. I looked at the clock groaning at the time.
Fuck... I do not feel like going to work...
I went to my closet getting out my mink coat and my faux fur bucket hat. I put it on my bed before grabbing a lingerie set and going to take a shower.
