Spotlight [mason mount]

MASON POV:
I woke up.
I turned to my side and saw Charlotte, she was sleeping, she looked so peaceful asleep, I didn't wanna wake her up.

I gently got off the bed and got my  things and left as fast and quietly as I could. Before leaving I gently put a blanket on her so she wouldn't get cold, and have her a kiss on the forehead
-you're incredible Charlotte- I whispered before leaving trying not to wake anyone up I went to my villa and everyone was asleep, I just got to my room and slept like nothing happened.

CHARLOTTE POV:
It was 8:46 when I woke up, I was wrapped in my blankets, I turned to my side and saw no one, I remember Mason sleeping over, and before you make up all your assumptions, no we did not do anything of that, we just went to bed, we were both pretty tired and it was just way to soon for that.
I got up and put on a hoodie, and walked outside to the kitchen, I made me and Emma a big cup of coffee.
-coffee!!!- Emma said tacking her cup
-thx char, fucking love you- she said with the biggest smile on her face
-no problem, where's Florence?- I asked
-she's sleeping, so how was the daatteee?- Emma said with a smirk on her face
-it was A-W-E-S-O-M-E- I said blushing a bit
-uuuuuu- Emma said
-so I guess you had a good time?- Florence said, peeking through the hallway
-Florence! Hi- I said looking at her
-I'm glad you had a good time, you have been single for over 2 years now, it's good your getting a man- Florence said walking in to the kitchen
-he's not my man, but it's nice to be dating again- I said taking my cup of coffee and walking to my room
-REMEMBER WE LEAVE TOMORROW- Emma said shouting at me as I leave the room

I got to my room and I sat on my bed, I didn't really know what to do, I was kinda exhausted, I'm not really the type that likes the beach, I prefer the cold
But Emma and Florence really wanted to come so I finally gave up on saying no and came, and I guess it worked out in my favor you know.
I was on my bed watching TikTok's until I saw this TikTok, it was about me and Mason. I was shocked it was like these couples and all cute edits that when your single makes you wanna throw your phone across the room and cry cause you don't have someone, yeah those types of videos.
And I did almost throw my phone across the room but I didn't let me singleness get the best of me so I didn't.
It had so many likes to be exact
245k of likes and over 100k comments
I read some of the comments and some were happy and confused but also other were negative, and you know what those comment did really affect me, and I don't know why the comments where like"she's just using him" "she's only dating him for clout and money" and I was bitch I don't need no man for money or any shit like that, I make enough money myself, it was just so stupid that people were assuming that I was using him.

Im sorry i haven't been posting I'm just didn't know what to post and was kinda running out of ideas 🤭🙂 and I will be starting a new story really soon, I will still be doing this one but I have some ideas on another one :)
