Emma had just gotten to school when she saw Lacy, Lacy walked up to Emma rather fast and said "hey you! You say anything to anyone! And your dead" Emma said "okay...okay you can trust me not to say anything" "yeah whatever" said Lacy and she walked away. Emma was walking to her locker when Jake came up behind her and started walking with her "hey" he said "hi" replied Emma "um I was wondering if you would like to hang out after school" said jake "um what about your girlfriend? She seems to be the jealous type" said Emma "ah she is but oh well" said jake "well yeah then, I guess I can hang out with ya after school." "great see you then" said jake and walked away. That day went by quite fast then the bell rang to go home. Jake was already by the door waiting for Emma, Emma met him at the door about 5 minutes after and Jake said "so ready to go?" "Yeah" Emma said with a little giggle and they walked and walked just walking and talking and they were now in the forest just having fun telling stories. Then all of a sudden Emma got hit with something and she fell down, "WHAT HAPPENED?!" Yelled Emma "I'm not sure." said Jake. Then something hit Jake and as he fell Emma noticed he also had that same fire pendant as Lacy, she thought it was just like a couples thing. Then Jake got up and helped Emma up and Emma saw a dark shadow figure in the trees and said "jake.... Jake what is that?!" Jake looked around and saw the dark shadow and said "stay back...stay close...just stay behind me" Emma didn't say anything but then she sees the shadow coming toward them and she said "Jake?" Quietly and Jake says "yeah yeah I see it." It start coming toward them faster and faster and it hits them with black fire and Emma and Jake fall to the ground and Jake got up fast and Emma saw a bright flash and looked over and saw that Jake had those familiar marks all over him and he hit that shadow with red fire. Emma was shocked at this and then she felt a sharp pain in her back and she screamed, Jake turned around and hit the shadow again with his red fire and Emma was lying on the ground in pain while Jake was fighting off the shadow. Jake threw the red fire to that shadow and the shadow fought back but Jake beat him, Jake threw a red fire ball at the shadow and the shadow fell and vanished. Emma then saw another bright flash and Jake was now back in his human form. "Emma are you okay?!" Asked Jake, Emma got up and had a bit of trouble from the pain in her back from the fire. "JUST JUST GET AWAY FROM ME I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUT I DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU GET AWAY FROM ME!" Yelled Emma and she ran away "EMMA WAIT ITS NOT...UH ITS NOT AS BAD AS IT LOOKS EMMA PLEASE" yelled Jake but Emma ignored his yell.
