Two Weeks After.

Hey Grandpa, I made cheesecake today! It's supposed to be animal cracker cheesecake but that recipe was too hard so it's just a pink cheesecake with an animal cracker crust. But it has white chocolate ganache and it's pretty yummy. We're coming down for your birthday and mom and I are going to make bienenstich cake! Next summer we're going to Saskatchewan to see where you hang out when you're over there. Alice says she cried when she found out and she only met you like twice. You're very loved Grandpa. Anyway I miss you 💕
