I tumbled out of my bed and grunted. I looked at my phone. Instagram had been blowing up.

Wow. since when am I popular.
I did my makeup and put some fresh clothes on.
My mom was in the kitchen with my brother, Dylan.
"Where makin' pancakes, Stephie!"
Dylan said stirring the batter with both hands and dough on his face.
"Happy Birthday, Sweetie." my mom says walking past me kissing my forehead.
They finish making the pancakes and I end up not eating them.
Everybody asks me what it's like to be 14. Weirdos. it's not like I'm the oldest in the 8th Grade. am I? huh. I don't know.
I get a call from my dad. my parents are separated but still good friends.
"Happy Birthday, Princess!" he says with happiness in his voice.
" Thanks Dad." I answer in a giggle
"How old are ya this year? 10?" he asks sarcastically.
"14 dummy
." I say back with a laugh.
We talk for About 10 minutes and hang up. My dad and I haven't been so close since he married my stepmom, Jamie and Had my half sister, Harper.
But other than that my life is "normal"

I walk to school with my
friend,Brooke. we get there on time.
I finally got to check my phone and realized why my notifications were blowing up. The Picture of Jeffrey and I got leaked. If I didn't post it. Who Did?!
I had to find out. So after class I found Jeffrey. He was hanging by the lockers with his friends and His arm around his girlfriend, Meghan.
"Jeffrey..Miller!" I say as I stomp over clenching my teeth.
"Yes Stephanie Griffin?" he say playing with me.
I roll my eyes and pull him by his ear.
"How the fuck did that picture of us get online?'' I whisper to him
"What! you mean the one of us -"
I cut him off "Yes!!"
"Well report it!" he whispers back
"I already deleted it because it was on my Instagram! I didn't post it! i swear on my life!" I Hesitate
He puffs. he puts his hands over his forehead and walks back and forth slowly.
I sit there on the bench. Im going to be humiliated and there's going to be rumors and lies. What's Meghan gonna do? Dump Jeffrey and Kick my ass? or Stay with Jeffrey and still kick my ass!?
