Chapter 24. SHARES

Shehnaaz was working in her cabin...just then her pa knocked & she allowed her.

"Mam Mr Gill wants to meet you" she said.

"Tell him to take an appointment...I'm not free to meet anyone...whenever they want" Shehnaaz replied still typing something on her laptop.

"But...mam...he is present outside" siya said with stressed voice.

As Mr Gill is looking furious standing outside.

While Shehnaaz smirk knowing why Mr Gill is here...obviously she is behind it.

"Umm..okay siya..send him in" said Shehnaaz closing her laptop & standing in front of the window...from where she can see almost whole Mumbai city.

Her door was banged & a very frustrated voice of Mr Gill was heard.

"How can you do this Shehnaaz " ask Mr Gill as soon as he enter.

While she was standing all calm...still back facing him with a smirk forming on her face.

"Shehnaaz look at me" he raged again.

& then she turned around with a calm look on her face & ask "Mr Gill would you like to have coffee or tea...this is exclusive Shehnaaz gill's offer...so tell?" While taking her seat.

"Are you mad Shehnaaz...I'm here to talk something important....& you are asking tea or coffee" he said

"Why have you sold 20% of Gills Empire shares?" He yelled

"Because I'm 49% holder of Gills Empire & I've every right to sold them...or do whatever I want" she replied still calmly looking at him.

While Mr Gill was losing his cool.

"Shehnaaz you've sold the shares just half the price...is this is what you called business?" He asked being agitated.

"You are the profound economist...but you still don't know the basic of stocks...is this the way to do that...the boards of directors are raising questions....who will be answerable to them?" He again said in the loud tone...if the room has not been soundproof...maybe the whole floor would have be listening to him.

"Keep your voice down Mr Gill...I'm just 49% owner...but you still has 51% right....so answer them...that Ms.Gill got fed up by the unnatural progress...which was not at all happening...it's all just because of the partnership projects you are coiling with & I'm not answerable to anyone...whether...I sold my shares or not" she replied in the curt tone.

While Mr Gill was fuming in anger.

"But you have sold the shares to the company...which is still unknown to the world" he questioned again.

"I've said...what I've too...now you can leave...I'm having a meeting in 5" she said switching on her laptop.

"Shehnaaz....you will regret...I'm still the owner" said Mr Gill & left from their.

While he was leaving in anger...he bumped into Sidharth...while Sidharth was checking his mail.

The moment he saw Mr Gill...he straightened himself & Mr Gill too saw him.

"Hello Mr Gill...as far as I know we are not having any meeting" said Sidharth sith tight lipped smile.

"Umm...No Mr Shukla...just I was here to have a word or two with Shehnaaz related to something...okay...I'll take your leave" said Mr Gill & left in hurry.

While Sidharth fell into the thought & decided to talk to her later.

While on the other hand...Shehnaaz was having a smile on her face...the very first step towards the destruction of Mr Gill...she was some what feeling peaceful after seeing Mr Gill's furious eyes...& the reason is all because of his own doings....which he will pay...not immediately...but in installments. Slowly...slowly...the same way he took some important people away from her life. She sighed concentrating again on her work.

As the day came to an end...she was ordered by Mrs Shukla to have dinner with them...which she obliged without a question. She finished her work & left her cabin...just then she bumped into Sidharth & he held her closer to himself.

"Kya baat hai...aaj rose ho gaya...mera favorite...kal tak toh lavender tha na" he said huskily hugging her close to his chest.

While she slapped his chest hard & said "shameless " & move towards the lift.

As it is almost to 8...so the office was empty so as their floor. She get onto the private elevator followed by Sidharth...& as the door shut...he slammed her petite figure on the wall & whispered in his usual tone "why did you change your body wash chaand" he asked while busying in her neck & trailing the kisses altogether.

While she was not getting anything under his spell....only Sidharth Shukla has the power to make Shehnaaz Gill speechless.

They both were enjoying their time in the elevator...just then it pinged...making straightened themselves & move out separately...while Sidharth said "I'll drive you...aur waise bhi ghar hi Jana hai"

"Hmm" she hummed in response & they moved to the parking area.

While he looked around & saw not many cars & pulled Shehnaaz in the back seat of the car. While she was shocked to be an understatement.

"Soo...sweetheart where were we?" He asked raspily

"Umm...Sidharth...I think we should leave...it's already getting late" she said...her voice was coming heavy...as she was so controlling herself.

"No darling...just few minutes...so tell me why have you changed from lavender to rose..." he asked while settling herself in his lap & trailing down the kisses.

"Bec...because you were saying soo" she replied fumbling on her words.

"Haa..that's like my baby" he gave the last peck on her lips & opened the door to sit on the driver seat....while she was still catching her breathe.

"Aage aaja...I'm not your driver " he said seeing her from the mirror.

"Hmm" she hummed & settle herself in the passenger seat & they left for home.

As the door bell ring...Mrs Shukla went forward to open the door & as the door opened Shehnaaz lunged to her.

"Maaaa" said said happily while Mr Shukla was coming from the stairs said "Princesss" & Shehnaaz ran towards him "papa" she said hugging him...while Mr Shukla feels the best person on the earth.

While Sidharth was hugging Mrs Shukla...but after few minutes she said "itna kaam kar wata hai tu Sidharth...dekh aaj sana kitni patli lag rahi hai"  while Mr Shukla too nodded & said "princess...agar yeh jyada kaam kar waye to mana kar diya kar...khud toh kuch karta nhi".

While Sidharth was looking at his parents accusingly with o shaped face.

"Dad....Mom...woh partner hai meri...yrr mein kyu kaam karwa yunga..yrr mujhe nhi baat karni mein fresh hone ja raha hu" he said complaining & went towards his room leaving laughing Mr & Mrs Shukla & Shehnaaz behind.
