No one's POV:
The morning of the gang meeting the Captains and Vice president of Toman waited outside the house of there leader Manjiro "Mikey" Sano.
Once Mikey left the house he noticed someone else was also there it was not the Vice-President nor the Captains it was someone who had an impact on Takemichi's decision to leave Toman
Mikey: Hina why are you here?
Hina: I was thinking if I came and said sorry everything would return to normal and he would come back
Mikey: It's worth a try
After Takemichi left Mikey became really depressed so did Hina. It affected all members of Tomam aswell.

Takemichi POV:
I watched as the last gang entered the scrap yard and it was none other then Toman and Hina accompanying them the gangs that were present where:
Hashiras: 150 members in total with
14 present at the meeting
Brahman Black Dragons: 250 members with 9 of us present
Tenjiku: 400 members with 5 present
Scouts: 300 members with 7 present
Toman: 150 members with 6 plus 1 gest present
Senju: Is that the girl?
Senju asked me that whilst pointing at the girl we were all wearing hoods so I doubt anyone knew who was who
Takemichi: Yea
Senju: Not trying to be rude but she's not that good looking
Yuzuha: I know right
Emma: Keep it down
Yuzuha and Senju: Oh yeah sorry

The man who was conducting this meeting then appeared (I don't remember if he had a name so I'm going to give him a random one I hope you dont mind 🙂)
Haru: Now that all 5 Gangs are present I'd like the leaders of each gang to come and introduce yourself that also means both of you from Brahman Black Dragons not just one
All of the Gangs leaders made there way to the centre of the junk yard. Now 7 people including the conductor
Haru: Leader of Toman introduce your self
Mikey: I am Manjiro Sano also known as Mikey
Haru: Leader of Tenjiku introduce yourself
???: I am Izana Kurokawa
Haru: Leader of the Scouts introduce yourself
???: I am Levi Ackerman
Haru: Leader of the Hashira introduce yourself
???: I'm Giyuu Tomioka
Haru: Both leaders of Brahman Black Dragons intoduce your self
Senju: I'm Senju Akashi
Senju lifted the hood of after she introduced herself
Takemichi: I'm Hanagaki Takemichi
Takemichi said as he did the same as Senju
