Saturday's Game: His Nickname

It was finally Saturday morning, (Y/N) was at the front door putting his shoes on, getting ready to leave. Keishin on the other hand was barely standing, he really wanted to get back to bed and cuddle with his husband. But got up from bed and cooked (Y/N) some breakfast, he didn't want his husband to skip breakfast.

"Do you really have to go?" asked Keishin, crossing his arms as he leaned against the wall for support.

(Y/N) rolled his eyes, having already heard Keishin ask him that same question about ten times already. "Keishin, I promised I would go watch their game." sighed (Y/N).

"Papa?"

Both (Y/N) and Keishin recognized the voice and turned around, at the bottom of the stairs was (S/N). They were surprised to see (S/N) awake this early. (S/N) slowly made his way towards his fathers.

"Did we wake you up?" Keishin asked as he picked up (S/N). Once settled in the arms of his father, (S/N) tried to rub away the sleepiness from his eyes.

"Where is papa going?" (S/N) asked.

"Papa is going to watch a practice game from the volleyball team where he works at." Keishin explained.

(Y/N) finished putting on his shoes and got up, he turned to look at (S/N) and Keishin. "Sorry for waking you up, bubby." (Y/N) gave his son a forehead kiss.

Keishin proceeded to bend down a little so (Y/N) could give him his kiss. (Y/N) gave him a quick peck on the lips, which Keishin silently whined once (Y/N) pulled back. As he did, (S/N) grabbed onto (Y/N)'s jacket before he was out of reach.

"Don't leave papa." (S/N) pouted.

(Y/N) chuckled at his son's clinginess, both Keishin and (S/N) were always very clingy and affectionate in the mornings or when they woke up from a nap.

"Don't worry (S/N). I'll be back in no time to pick you up from grandma's house. Remember to have fun with grandma and grandpa for me."

(S/N) looked down and nodded, reluctantly letting go of (Y/N)'s jacket.

"Can you please bring snacks when you come back?" (S/N) mumbled.

"Alright. Alright."

"Be safe, alright. If anything happens, call me." Keishin reminded (Y/N).

(Y/N) nodded and left to start his way to school. It took a while to get there, but he finally got to the metal door of the gymnasium where the game was taking place.

(Y/N) slid open the door and saw what he was guessing, the whole volleyball team.

"Good morning everyone."

Everyone in the gym looked at the entrance of the gym and saw the (H/C) haired teacher standing there with a smile.

"Mr.(L/N)? What are you doing here?" asked Sawamura as he went up to (Y/N).

Before (Y/N) could answer Sawamura, Hinata got up from stretching on the ground and came running towards (Y/N) with Kageyama walking not too far behind him.

"Mr.(L/N)! You really came!" exclaimed Hinata.

"Of course. I did promise you both and I wasn't going to go back on my word." (Y/N) chuckled at Hinata's reaction to his arrival.

"Captain, we invited Mr.(L/N) to come watch our game." Kageyama clarified.

"Sorry, I should have asked if it was okay." (Y/N) apologized for his intrusion.

"No, it's totally fine. Please stay." Sawamura confirmed. "I'm Daichi Sawamura, the captain of the volleyball team. Please call me Daichi."

"Nice to meet you Daichi. I'm pretty sure Sugawara and Tanaka already told you who I am but I'm (L/N) (Y/N)."
