Sieun's POV

"Let's break up."

That's what came out of my mouth when I saw him.

"What?" he asks as he gives me a hug. "Are you tired? I'm sorry for surprising you. I know you don't like surprises. I'm sorry, My Sieun-ah," he said sweetly as he took my hand in his.

"Let's... break up," I said again. He appears shocked and on the verge of crying.

"Sieun-ah, don't act like that, I know we're having misun-"

"Oh? so you admit we've been misunderstanding all this time?" I'm baffled.

He had known all along, but still.... chooses to fool me.

"What could be the reason then, why are you acting like this to me?" he appears calm, but I know he's enraged deep down.

"So, it's my fault now? huh..." I'm on the verge of crying.

"That's what I'm talking about now..."

In my rage, I yelled, "what then?"

Seungkwan's POV

She had never raised her voice in front of me before.

"Sieun-ah...calm down," I said, taking both of his hands in mine. "Let's..."

She drew her hand away from mine.

"Let's break up," she said again.

My heart is about to burst. My eyes are welling up with tears.

"No... I don't want... let's talk about this, okay?" I said calmly to her, about to grab her shoulders and hug her, but she keeps her distance.

"Let's just..... free each other now," she said as she turned away from me and began walking.

Right now, I want to punch myself in the face.

"Sieun-ah! I'm so sorry, please!" I beg, but she keeps walking.

"OK, I'll give you time, just call me if you've made up your mind, let's make decisions by then," I said, but I don't want to break up with her.

She just kept walking without even looking at me.

Sikyung's POV

"Sieun-ah... "

"Appa, I'm really tired right now......" she said as she entered her room, not even looking at me.

I just let her because she looked exhausted, and I covered her food so she could eat later.

After washing the dishes, I went to my room and sat in the massage chair, scrolling through my Instagram feed.

I was thirsty, so I went down to the kitchen to get some water, but I noticed Sieun eating while crying...

I'm about to approach to see what's going on, but my feet are telling me not to. So I just sat on the staircase and stared at her. I've been sitting like this for a minute, and she's still crying.

I've seen her cry many times, but this one is different. As I look at her, I get the impression that you want to comfort her, but you'll make it worse if you do.

Every time she cries, my heart breaks, but all I can do now is stare at her.

I then went back to my room, and I couldn't stop crying, so I cried..... Tears are welling up in my eyes.

I've been in that situation before, when her mother abandoned me, and I cried like that. I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I cried......
