Ajey's P.O.V:

By 6 in the evening, we all had reached Lucknow. Although, the arrangements made by the organisers were nice and all, but taking care of Maa and Papa's comfort was my and Yash's main priority.

While mom and dad were in a separate room, Yash and I thought we would have to adjust in a single room. But to our surprise, we both were allotted different rooms! Even the view from my room's balcony was breathtaking. The city lights during the night made the streets glow in their utmost glory!

Had it not been an official visit, I swear I would have explored Lucknow the way I've always wanted to! I mean, look at this city, man! Unless you come here, you won't know how different Lucknow is from Delhi. Be it the culture, food, language, clothing, people, anything! You name it and you'll find a huge difference in both the places. And this is why India is world famous, right? Sure, Delhi is unique in its own way, but in no way you can say that Lucknow is any less.

According to my research about this city of nawabs, there is something extremely unique about the chaotic streets of this place. The main parts of this city, which are all about the visitors' centre of attraction and are usually crowded, are filled with the aroma of the mouth-watering cuisine! Places like Hazratganj, Nakkhhas and Old Lucknow will give you the best insight into the lives of the people in this city. A true depiction of Lucknow and a Lucknowite's life could be found in these places.

And the historical places? You can never see something as wonderful as the Imambara or the Bhool Bhulaiya anywhere else. It is just one of a kind! And no wonder why people here are so extremely cultured that even if they fight with you, they'll address you as "aap". Surely, smiling here is a bliss and pretty obvious too! Isn't that why they say, muskuraiye kyuki aap Lucknow mein hain!

Damn, did I just gave a speech about Lucknow?

My thoughts were interrupted with a sudden knock on the door of my room.

I opened the door and found Yash on the other end.

-"Kya hai?"
I said in annoyance.

-"Shut up, I'm here for you."
Replied Yash.

-"What do you mean you're here for me?"
I questioned; bewildered.

-"Ajey, stop pretending, okay? You know you're not good at hiding things, especially from me. Tell me what's wrong?"

-"Nothing..."
I said in an attempt to look confused.

-"Stop lying!"

-"I'm not ly-"
I continued.

-"You are! You aren't lying to me, you say? Then tell me why the heck are you so zoned out these days? As if you're just looking happy but you are actually not. Tell me, why is that so?"
He said; interrupting me.

I sighed and gestured him to come inside the room.

I closed the door and gave him a glass of water.

-"YOU are the one who needs to have some water right now!"
Yash said to me.

I didn't speak anything. I was too busy to think if I should be grateful to have a brother like Yash, who understands me even when I'm all silent or be sad about the fact that he has this special ability, which is sometimes hard for me to deal with.
