Beomgyu: Why?

Y/n: They have so much good life, perfect life and whatever happens they are definitely gonna end with their loved ones, the male lead.

She passed a book to Beomgyu who was sitting in front of her in the library reading books and passing time. He took a look at the content and the cover of the page, it was, indeed, a fascinating view. He took some quick reading the texts from random pages. Then he looked at Y/n, his best friend and his crush but a secret one.

Beomgyu: Well the cover is very good, the story must be good too?

Y/n: It is.

Beomgyu: But your reality life is also good right, means we have everything we want just like how you are saying. And about male lead, it will come at it's perfect time.

Y/n: You are right but I just want to experience the life of a webtoon lead female.

Beomgyu: Ok ok, let's stop this before it leads to a fight like we did for a tomato.

Y/n: Haha yeah it was seriously a funny one, but enjoyable.

Beomgyu: We should go now, it's evening now, Iam not planning to spend my night here with these books.

He said packing his bag getting ready to set off. Y/n did the same followed by some giggles as they bickered for some past things. Walking through the streets they wandered and reached their favorite place, park. They sat down on a bench and stared at bank space, the sky,the stars thinking. Suddenly Beomgyu saw a shooting star, he expeditiously held Y/n's hand and pointed his finger at the star which just came across, he knew, knew that Y/n always liked the shooting star and asked for a wish so he always called her whenever he would see a shooting star. Y/n joined her hands and closed her eyes, Beomgyu did the same. Asking for the wish they always asked, but this time Y/n's wish wasn't the same, it wasn't "Hey god! Let me have a happy life with my friends and especially Beomgyu " it wasn't the same this time, this time she asked it in her mind beomgyu wondered why she isn't telling her wish to him. So he took a step and asked,

Beomgyu: What did you ask?

Y/n: Let me have some experience as a female lead of a story with a perfect ending every girl had in the webtoons and story.

Beomgyu: Why are you asking this again and again? Do you really wanna experience it? Do you really wanna leave me? Leave all of us? And have those experiences like those female leads which are just imaginary characters?

Y/n: Beomgyu that isn't the thing! It's just, I- I really like the stories, I wanna live in those. And I want you to also join me. Oh shoot!!

Beomgyu: What?

He asked with a confused face.

Y/n: I forgot to say that I want you to also join!? What if it gets true!? Then we will have to stay away? Ahh!! Why am i so dumb?! I will miss you a lot!!

Beomgyu: It- it is not going to happen, no no. I will not let it happen. And why are you saying ,like, you will never ever come back again!?
