𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐞 𝑫𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈

-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐗𝐕𝐈-

"I didn't think it would be this big..."

Adriana walked through the gates after Elias so kindy bought a ticket for her.

There was everything you could want in the carnival, bumper cars, whack-a-mole, merry go round, popcorn and cotton candy stands, shooter games... And the ferris wheel. There were still a couple of hours left till the sundown and the fireworks, so Adriana decided to enjoy the date with her roomates.

"So? Where should we start?" A smile graced her lips, making the three guys look at her with adoration.

"Well of course..." Nicolas was the first to come up with an idea. "...The scary house!"

Within a few minutes of walking around, they finally managed to find it. The building was pretty big, with black walls and a black roof, the windows were shaded.

"Ooh looks spooky.  Shall we head in?"

Adriana didn't seem to be scared not one bit, unlike Nicolas. He seemed... Shaken a little bit. Aria took Elias hand in hers and the four of them walked in through the door.

"...Why is it so quiet?-"

As Nicolas whispered, a loud bang came from behind and the door closed, making them surrounded by darkness. A high pitched scream was heard and Adriana felt hands wrap around her, while Elias palm tightened around hers.

Soon enough a dim red light lit up, making the room visible, it was a corridor,  leading further into the house. Adriana looked to her side, where a manly chest met her sight. Upon raising her head she saw Nicolas.

"You good, Nicky?"

At her words he jumped back, acting like nothing happened.

"You wish, darling."

"Nicolas never took jumpscares well!"

Isaac started digging under his skin, resulting in bickering. Aria turned to the quiet Elias, who seemed very tense.

"Are you doing okay, Eli? We can leave if you need to..."

She whispered and squeezed his hand in reassurance. Elias just nodded, dragging her past the two 'children' and deeper through the corridor. After some very careful walking, they reached a door, Isaac, who found the whole experience fun, was first to open it. It revealed a ballroom, with holographic people in old fashioned ballgowns dancing around, they looked like ghosts.

"What a fun party!" Isaac turned to Adriana and reached for her hand, bowing a little like a gentleman. "Shall we join the dance, darling~?"

Aria smiled and took his hand, also bowing and walked in to the middle of the spacious room, leaving Nicolas with Elias to look around. The two of them danced waltz between the holograms, spining and turning to the music.

"You dance beautifully, Darling."

"Thank you, Isaac, so do you."

The song came to an end and they both finished elegantly. Adriana looked at Elias and Nicolas right away, seeing them walk up to them.

Elias pulled out something out of his pocket and gave it to Aria, revealing that is was a key.

"Thank you, Eli!"

She gave him a kiss on the cheek and they continued their journey through the scary house.
