Why can't customers cooperate. It would be so much easier for the both of us but instead they go out of their way to make things difficult. "You're clearly incapable of serving me so where the hell is your supervisor, I'll talk to them instead." For gods sake.
"You want me to return an item without any proof of purchase, by the stores policy I cannot accept this item even if I wanted to. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

I'm 2ft away from you god there's no need to shout. Christmas is the worst time for part-time workers. The exact same Christmas playlist playing on repeat for WEEKS, extremely busy days, difficult customers and long hours.
I'm currently on a 12 hour shift. No one else wanted it so I'm taking one for the team. For $20 an hour it's really not worth it and yet here I am. Working 9:00-9:00 woohoo. Being the genius that I am, I cut out my breaks so I would earn more money. If I'm going to work this long I may as well make the most of it.
