PARKER POV:-
I open my eyes they begin to widen as my pupils begin to shake.
"Chester!" I yell holding out my arm and swiftly getting off the ground.
He was stood with his arms open as if about to hug me facing his back to Gale smiling as blood trickled down his lips and chest. Where a bullet had replaced his heart.
He began to fall onto the ground as Gale begins to try find more bullets seen as she ran out after two shots.
I manage to get a hold of Chester before he hit the ground his eyes dark and almost staring into my would without a movement.
I quickly picked him up bridal style and got out the house getting in my car as fast as I can, calling to police.
I'm now driving to the hospital holding my lovers bullet wound tight making sure no blood could escape his body the Grim reaper sitting in the back seat of the car still patiently waiting not rushing just waiting for his time to arrive almost threatening me while I drove.
As soon as we get to the hospital I began to yell for help as loud as I could its not even been that long since our last visit.
And as if by chance the same nurse came to our rescue smiling at me as my liver was take to the emergency room.
"How about I help with your arm?" She said with a kind smile.
"Oh..right yes please.." I say smiling back at her still worried about my lover burdened by the promise he had broken once more.
She guides me to her office and sits me down.
"You're parker right?" She asks looking up at me when she bandages my arm.
"Yes that's me sorry but I never got your name." I ask politely
"Oh! I'm Sheila! That was your boyfriend am I right? Chester I think his name was!" She says excited.
At first I'm confused with her excitement but brush it off and just reply with a nod still looking out the door.
"I thought you two where dating its cool to have some people like me visit the hospital its quite rare for me to see gay people at the hospital when I'm around." She says
I look at her and say "people like you?"
"Yes! I'm a lesbian." She says with a nervous laugh.
"That's cool" I say although sounding quite uninterested I didn't mean for it to sound like that but it just happened.
Silence falls between us before she says "well you should be ok you can sit in the waiting room and ill get the doctor so you can explain what happened to your boyfriend" she says with a little less energy now.
"Ok thank you." And as I get up I also add "I'm sorry for sounding uninterested I didn't mean to" she smiles earning some of her colour back and taking me back to the waiting area.
I sat down and explained to the doctor what had happened. I explained with a great amount of detail and described gale best to my ability but didn't say anything of knowing her. After the doctor left I just started to bite my nails worried of what's happening to Chester.
*after some hours of Surgery*
THIRD PERSON POV :-
"Is anyone here for Mr Chester —————" a doctor asks to which Parker immediately jumps out his seat and rushes over to the doctor.
"How is he!" Parker asks.
The doctor looks at him with a frown on his face.
"Don't tell me that he.." Parker doesn't care finish the sentence.
"Not yet.. you can see him he's conscious but his condition is unstable we aren't sure he will make it till tomorrow.." the doctor said heart broken this never gets easier to say for a doctor if anything it is harder each time...
Parker stares at the doctor in shock while following him to the room where his lover lays...
The doctor entered first and told Chester someone was there to visit. The doctor moves aside letting Parker in.
Chester tries to sit up and grunts at the pain the doctor quickly rushed over and later him back down commanding him to take it easy as his heart was frail and could not take much movement.
PARKER POV :-
I sat next to him as the doctor explained before leaving which button to press is the boys heart were to begin to fail.
I looked at my lover laying there smiling at me and holding my hand while I could no longer hold back the threatening tears.
I hug my lover to his surprise as I cried into his hospital robe repeatedly apologising constantly.
"I'm sorry I broke my promise" I quietly way to him.
To which he weakly smiles with tired eyes and whispers " I decided I'd keep up your end of the deal.."
My eyes widen as suddenly he adds on more thing before the hear meter turns a still dreaded line "I..love you..Parker"
His eyes shut elegantly and his mouth numbs with the smile still not faded of his face looking like he's sleeping for ever more.
The Grim reaper now stands breathing down Parker's collar....
As Parker hits the button with no spare time to think....
