i sighed as i left Phoenix and the sun, yes i am a vampire but i don't burn or sparkle like the rest i sparkle a little and my skin nips a little but it's better than being stuck in Alaska the rest of forever.
pilot-buckle up we are landing at forks airport
i sighed as my father doesn't know I'm a vampire I'm gonna keep it that way i walked off the plane and immediately got crowded by my father the chief of police charlie swan
me- hi dad
charlie- bells.....how are you?
me-good thank you
charlie- lets go
i walked out of the airport with charlie i could tell he was nervous seeing me as he hasn't seen me in 6 year's yeah he is nervous, extremely nervous, i can read his mind so many questions filled his head i decided to tune out of charlie's head as he was starting to hurt mine
charlie- do u have a boyfriend
wow that caught me off guard
me- no
charlie- do u intend on getting one
me- not really but who knows
then he thought that he must protect me, oh joy here comes another over-protective parent geez i've had enough
me-dad i can take care of myself you know
charlie-ok well here is home oh and uhh u start school tomorrow now i have to get to work bye
he was embarrassed and didn't want me to talk so i went in and un-packed
