WHAT AM I TO YOU?

CHP-3

Jungkook and his friend leia decided to meet up they went to the cafe where y/n worked

leia clearly hated Y/n for many reasons. Leia was rich, very rich, she was a model. She hated how Jungkook hung outwith y/n she hated how jungkook's bestfriend was y/n, a barista.

she never left a chance to insult y/n.

Leia and Jungkook were at the cafe, they sat next to the window, jungkook and Leia were talking while y/n came with a small book to note their order

"heyy guys!!! it's so nice to see you heree, what can I get for you?!" y/n asked all excited to see them both

jungkook smiled "hello y/nieee!" he greeted, displaying an adorable bunny smile 

"hi" Leia said

"now just take the order and leave" Leia spoke coldly "o-oh yeah, sorry" y/n said

"i'll have a spanish latte with 3 pumps of vanilla and whipped cream on top" Leia said

"okayy noted!!" y/n said 

"and you Mr. jeon?" y/n asked 

"you know my favourite miss y/n" jungkook said playing along making y/n giggle

"i sure do! your order will be here in 5!!" y/n said smiling at both of them and leaving

Leia rolled her eyes  "she's embarassing" she mumbled, jungkook definitely wasn't satisfied with what she said but he didn't want to create a scene.

about 5 minutes later 

y/n brought their orders, she placed jungkook's sandwhich infront of him and Leia's latte in front of her

"enjoy your meal!!" she said and as she was about to leave "wait" she heard Leia call out

"yes?" y/n asked "did you mention 3 pumps of vanilla?" leia asked

"yes ma'am I did, is there anything wrong?"

"THIS F**KING HAS BARELY ANY VANILLA AND IT TASTES ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE" Leia said 

"Calm down Leia its juts vanilla!" Jungkook said

"calm down jungkook? no" Leia said pushing the latte making it spill all over y/n and the floor

"where's your manager?" Leia asked

"Leia enough, thats it" Jungkook said trying to pull her back

thats when the manager came "ma'am is everything okay?" she asked

"this barista of yours is absolutely terrible, she brings the wrong order and if that wasn't enough she invaded our privacy" Leia said making y/n's eyes widen

since Leia was a model  and jungkook an Idol, so everyone knew them 

"she did not invade our privacy Leia, she is my bestfriend" Jungkook spoke

"i apologize, whatever the matter was, will be taken care of, I'll make sure she's sued" the manager said bowing and leaving before jungkook could say anything Leia pulled him out of the cafe.

"don't you dare f***king defend that barista" Leia said

Jungkook didn't know why he couldn't speak up against Leia. Maybe because they were family friends since highschool? but this didn't sit right with him

Leia and jungkook hung out somewhere else for a while before Leia left, y/n never left jungkook's mind, he quickly drove off to the cafe

the sight of y/n who was cleaning up the cafe all alone while wiping her tears

his eyes became glossy and guilt took over him for not standing up for her well enough.

her eyes averted to jungkook who just entered the cafe

"y/nah?" he called out and ran to hug her "im sorry on behalf of Leia" jungkook said

"its okay koo, don't worry" she said, he smiled at her

"you done?" he asked while she nodded before removing her apron and placing it in the bag, she shut down the cafe and they both headed home

"koo can we have a sleepover? i had a long day and i don't really wanna be alone" she said

"sure hun" jungkook said driving to her house

y/n's apartment

y/n lived in a very small but cute and comfy apartment

they both made themselves ramen for dinner and now they were watching a movie on the couch, jungkook was pretty engrossed in the movie and didn't realise how y/n fell asleep until the movie was over, his eyes averted to her tiny figure fast asleep, a small smile left his lips.

he went close to her and picked her, pecking her forhead, "you're adorable" he whispered.

he placed her on her bed, which was pretty small for two so like he always did, he placed her tiny body on top of his while she snuggled closer "you're really light pumpkin, i hope you're eating well" he spoke to her sleeping figure, caressing her hair

"good night" he pecked her forhead, switching off the lights

3am

jungkook woke up to feeling of y/n shifting uneasly while tears brimmed out of her eyes, he quickly switched on the side lamp and took her in his arms, placing her on his lap

"whats wrong y/nie?" he asked  "i had a nightmare" her soft voice spoke

she rested her head on his chest while he caressed it "it was just a dream love, just a dream okay? im right here" he said giving her water "thank you koo" she said

after about a few minutes she calmed down, she held him tight and soon fell asleep

he kept her close to him and simply admired her pretty features, her nose which was no red from all the crying, her long eyelashes, her golden skin, her baby hair that fell onto her skin, he found himself smiling at the sight of her

his eyes wandered around her room, it was soft, it was filled with soft pastel colours, a bunch of soft toys, fairy lights, her little drawings, polaroid pictures of them, of her friends, her family, it was adorable, it wasn't an extraordinary luxurious room, it was a simple, small, soft adorable room that gave out the feeling of home, just like she gave him.

he noticed how much of a simple, hardworking and innocent girl she was, how she always smiled regardless what she was going through, how she was kind to everything and everyone, how she took care of him and made him feel special when things weren't working out, she had a big heart.

"she's an angel" he mumbled before falling asleep, cuddling her
