Somewhere Comfy

The chilly fall air whirls through the air, yellow leaves fall to the ground softly. Crunch, a foot steps on a fallen leaf.

C: m'lady, remind me why we are past our normal patrol time?

L: because the police station is short staffed and asked us to help patrol in their place.

C: ah right, you did mention that.

Another harsh breeze went by then, causing their scarves to blow in the wind.

C: Jeez it's cold out-

L: we only have one more block to go

Chat clenched onto his coffee cup, taking the heat from the cup to hands.

~ After the last block ~

Both of them landed on a rooftop as the sun has started to set.

L: well, we finished our patrols so we should go now-

Suddenly chat grabbed her wrist.

C: c-can you stay to watch the sun set with me?

Ladybugs face softened at his request.

L: sure kitty cat,just for a little though okay?

He then nodded his head excitedly.

They both sat down near the edge of the rooftop, the almost icy breeze intensifying by the second.

L: *shivering* wow it's getting really cold ...

She then looked over at chat, scooching a little closer next to him.

L: can I sit there?

Once h noticed she got closer, Chat looked at her eyes. Mesmerized by then as usual. Unfazed he answered back to her.

C: sure...

She then proceeded to get up and sit in his cris crossed lap, snuggling herself closer to his chest. Suddenly flustered, his face turned bright red, even to the ends of his ears.

C: w-what are you doing m'lady?!

L: you said I could sit here

C: uh- ah *awkward- Marinette stuttering*

(Yep, that type of stuttering and nonsense lol)

L: your warm~

C: uhm- m'lady, aren't you worried people will think we are dating if they see this?

L: nah, it's fine here

She then took the longer end of his scarf and wrapped it around her neck for a double layer. His face only got redder.

C: i-

L: I don't wanna move, your lap is comfy~

Chats face was beet red to the point where he had started to fan his face off in a panic. Ladybug then looked up to his face. He just froze in place l, hands still mid air.

She then looked at him straight in the face and smiled cutely. He just looked back at her, slowly lowering his hands from his face.

He just leaned in to her face as she opened her eyes.

C: your temping me you know~

This time his voice was low and slightly suductive.

Now the roles were reversed, her face was flustered and he giggled a bit at this. He laughed for a bit before a light punch hit his shoulder.

L: your a jerk sometimes...

She then made a pouty face at him as he chuckled at her little punch.

C: but I'm your jerk bugaboo~

They then just stayed in silence looking at each other awkwardly before breaking out into laughter.

L: this is why I have a crush on you-

She then covered her hand with her mouth as she went red.

C: what was that-

L: you heard nothing-

C: I think I heard that you like me?

L: m-maybe?

He then smiled at her solemnly

C: I must have misheard it haha, your in love with somebody else...

She then took her hands and cupped his face, they looked deeply into each other's eyes.

L: that's where your wrong

She the. Kissed him. Both of then were blushing hardly at this point, he was surprised at first but went with it. After all this was like a dream to him.

They then broke the kiss, keeping their heads close to one another.

C: guess I did hear it right then bugaboo~
