(Okay let's imagine that Nischay is a office person for this head canon)

•You met him at his work place•

•His eyes got widen when he saw you for the very first time•

•By luck, you sit infront of him at your office place•

•You have noticed him staring at you several times•

•Whenever your eyes meet him, he looks away and tries to pretend he's working•

•Stutter often while talking to you, even though you two rarely communicate in real as you two stay busy, also he tries not to talk much as he finds himself a dumb one often•

•He's an introvert, like a massive introvert. Still he has a few friends who tease him your name•

•He gets flushed too early•

•He's so shy, so he can't handle it when you dress up nicely during any office occasion which enhances your beauty and he continues to blush the whole time•

•Smiles awkwardly when you smile at him for some reason•

•He becomes both happy and tense when your boss appoints you two togather for any office project•

•He loves to spend time with you but fears of the whole thing getting really awkward as he doesn't know how to built a proper conversation in real•

•Compliments you very rare when he sees other colleagues and friends are doing the same, though he wants to compliment you more often•

•Can have thoughtful and intresting conversation with you through chatting but never does that face to face•

•Likes you more as his choices match with yours•

•Finds your nature very sweet towards everyone and when it comes to savage replies, he enjoys your savage replies too as he can't reply in that way•

•Often asks his friends for tips to ask you out for a small walking date or a little outing•

•Though can't really be able to do that in real•

As an example:

One day, after taking some tips from his friends, Nischay came to you for asking you out for an outing obviously. You were working.

Nischay:- Umm..Y-Y/n..?

You looked up and found Nischay was standing awkwardly.

You:- Ahh... yes?

Nischay:- I'm your senior, not in age, but in the matter of work experiences..right?

This was the very first time, he sounded a little bold than usual. That sudden boldness of him scared you.

You:- Umm..right...

Nischay:- So- I- want you to do something..

You:- H-huh? Wha-what?

Nischay:- Will you..please...please..um...

His face turned into bright red slowly.

You:- Please what sir?

As he was your senior, you addressed him as 'sir' in the work places.

Nischay:- Will you..please..go out with me....?

You:- Go out? Why s-sir?

Nischay:- For a walk.

You were shocked. You almost forgot to answer his question. Nischay became a little upset and thought you would say no...

Nischay:- It's okay if you don't want to..I just...

With that, he left the place feeling a little sad.

You:- Um..sir...no wait..I never said...a no..

You said the last two words in low tone that nobody could listen.

You:- Idiot! I'm an idiot!

You said to yourself.
