"Let's begin." The man says to Syd.
Syd stood there unknown to what is to come. Syd looked out into the woods in front of her as the night became cool, and light.
"Tomorrow you will meet a new purpose, and new person. They will be experiencing this journey with us." The man says.
Syd shakes her head. "What if I'm not ready?" Syd glares at him.
The figure takes a stance next to Syd holding out his hand with a small gem glowing. "This gem is sacred, only us who have the power can have it. It's what makes us different from them young Sydney. Take a moment from what happened tonight, your friend ex-boyfriend tried to expose you for being different. This is a gift and we can show all of them that they can't scare us, we scare them." He concluded handing the gem to Sydney.
"Come Syd." The figure disappears leaving a trace of darkness.
