It was a pretty normal day for the Bangtan household. A day off from work meant all littles jumped at the opportunity to slip, ofcourse the anxiety at the back of their heads telling them to make sure Jin was okay with it, and like always he said yes. It was 8:50, everyone had their breakfast already and Jin was getting the 'younger' ones in the bath. Namjoon was in an older headspace then the rest, so he got the job of looking after Hobi and Yoonie. But, oh boy, this is gonna go down hill.
Yoongi was laying on his tummy watching a cartoon, unconsciously slipping to a non-verbal baby space from the bright colours and sparkles, oh! And cute animals..Who wouldn't slip?
"Yoons do chu wanna cowour wif me?"
All hobi received in return were babbles. Namjoon looked up from his children's book at the other two.
"Joonie..yoonie no speak" hobi vocked his head to the side cutely in confusion.
"That's okay, why don't chu finish your pitchure to show daddy"
Namjoon smiled at the excitement on hobis face and continued with his book.
Soon Yoongi starts crying as he's wet his pants and feels uncomfortable. Hobi and namjoon both look up and ponder what's wrong. Yoongis face was red and irritated with the tears, his paci abandoned on the floor along with his plushie, Bun buns.
"I make bottle" hobi nods as namjoon as the 'older' runs to the kitchen.
Namjoon was making a warm milk in the kitchen until. Smash!
Two plates chambered to the ground, shattering into hundreds of pieces. Namjoon shook with fear. Will his daddy shout at him. He doesn't want that! He only tried to make his brother happy.
Jin came running down and Hoseok ran in, clearly out of headspace.
Namjoon instinctively went to run to his daddy but yelped when he stood in glass. Red blood leaking out of his foot. Hoseok picked yoongi up whom was crying for his daddy and took him to the baby room.
"Joonie honey, I need you to stay still okay?" Jins voice was calm, but he was so worried for his babies. He put some shoes on quickly and placed namjoon on the counter tops. He swept the glass and vacuumed, ensuring the shards were all gone. Jin picked Namjoon up and carried him to the bathroom, placing him on the toilet lid. The caregiver took the glass out placed a paw patrol plaster on with a pair of socks to keep the plaster in place.
Jin carries the younger to the little room and let's him play whilst hoseok hands him Yoongi. Jin changed the younger and kissed his cheek, giving him his bun buns and pacifier that Hoseok carried with him.
All the littles fell asleep. It was so peaceful. Hoseok had slipped back into his headspace and they were all having a nap whilst Jin cleaned up and prepared lunch. Without breaking anything else.
'My clumsy baby' jin muttered to himself, smiling at a picture kookie had drawn earlier that day that was stuck on the fridge.
