With the dragon's defeat, Johnathan and Sophie made there way back to the Warrior's Guild. The walk back was full of silence as neither had the energy to speak. Hours passed before Sophie broken the silence.

"Listen, I just want to thank you for helping me avenge my brother. I couldn't have done it without you, especially since guides don't have any battle skills. As a token of gratitude, I'm going to waive my guidance fee and give you half of the treasure I collected. "

"Avenging your brother was just a coincidence, the contract was for the dragon and the gem, that's it. Keep your treasure and your guidance fee. Without you I would've been lost in the cave forever. We helped each other. "

"Going back to the Warrior's Guild now that my brother's death wasn't in vain seems pointless. I can't go back to the Red Hawk's either. I have no one and nowhere to go."

"Why can't you go back to the Red Hawk Guild, I thought you ended it with them on good terms?"

"I did, but part of  Guild Law states that those who leave, whether by choice or exile, is not allowed to rejoin without the inner circles approval. Seeing how my brother was part of the inner circle and I blamed the leader for his death, I don't think my chances of rejoining are very good."

"Start your own Guild then. You have the money and resources to start one, so there you go."

"I need at least 3 members in my party before I can start my own Guild. I don't have the party members anymore."

"I think I can help you with that. I have a friend in Anne who might join you. She's a trader, but her and her brother have contacts all around Nova. I'm planning on returning to Anne once I fulfill my contract. You should come with me."

"Thank you. I'll notify the Warrior's Guild Master of my leave as soon as the contract is completed. Why are you helping me, if you don't mind me asking?"

"I don't like seeing people left on their own. I'm willingly a lone player, but those who are forced out of a group or have no one left in their group, well, they experience how truly dangerous the world is as a lone player and a lot of times, that causes them a lot of issues and they normally get themselves killed to stop them. I don't like seeing that happen."

"Why have you never joined a Guild? You seem like you'd be a great leader and protector."

"The responsibility of having people's lives resting on my shoulders is too much of a burden to bare. Being by myself means that the only life I'm responsible for is mine."

"That makes sense I guess, but that mentality is just another reason you should lead a Guild. You don't have to be a lone leader where everything is your responsibility. You can have a war council, an advisor court, and other things to take away some of the responsibility. That's how the Red Hawk Guild was led. Samael is the figurehead of the Guild and the has the title of "Leader", but the inner circle is who makes the decisions, Samael just enforces them."

The two kept talking about how different Guilds were led in different ways, and how Johnathan could use these to run his own Guild if he ever chooses to. They talked so long that they didn't realize that they already arrived at the Warrior's Guild.

"Ignis? I have the gem from the Dragon's trove."

"Ah, excellent. Seeing how the dragon is dead and the gem is returned, here is your reward."

Johnathan received the payment and with the experience from the contract, Johnathan leveled up. With his new level, Johnathan was able to choose another ability to add to his arsenal. The ability Johnathan chose is: Requip.

Requip allows the player to switch between armor sets, weapons, and even play styles in the blink of an eye at the cost of a full bar of energy. Once the Requip skill reaches level 5, players will be able to switch armors and weapons at the same time. Once the skills is maxed out at level 10, players will be able to swap armors, weapons, and play styles at once.

With the contract fulfilled, Johnathan messaged Sarah.

"I defeated the dragon, but I got hurt while fighting it. I've taken a healing potion, but it's not healing as fast as usual. Anyways, I'm on my way to Anne with a friend. She has a proposal for you and your brother. - Johnathan"

"I'll look at your injury when you get here to make sure it can be healed with potions or if you need a specialist. As for your friend, I'm willing to hear her out. I can't say the same for my brother, but I'm open to discussion. - Sarah."

"We should be there soon actually, I'm going to test out the Port Disc I got from Samael. Once she finishes up with the leader of the Warrior's Guild, we're leaving.- Johnathan."

Soon, Sophie joined Johnathan in his room and with a bright flash of blue light, they teleported to Anne.
